Holly's Coffee — Restaurant in Seoul

J’ai commandé un bubble tea sans lait, que j’ai payé, et on s’est littéralement moqué de moi quand j’ai signalé l’erreur. Non seulement je n’ai pas été remboursée, mais j’ai dû reprendre une autre boisson et la payer à nouveau. Malgré cela, je me suis excusée poliment en pensant que j’avais peut-être mal compris, alors que partout ailleurs on accepte sans problème ce type de demande. L’équipe n’a fait preuve d’aucune empathie, ni de professionnalisme. Ce genre de comportement est vraiment inacceptable pour une enseigne qui accueille du public. Il serait peut-être temps de revoir la formation du personnel — rire au nez d’un client n’est jamais acceptable. C’était le 27 mars 2025 à 17h50.

So here we are in a fast-food chain, and I was surprised by the quality and quantity of their meals. It's hearty and good, and the price is affordable, now I understand why it's crowed by office workers for lunch time. Nice place for tasty coffee, staff is friendly but it's mostly self-service anyway, the atmosphere is ok but definitely not cozy, a problem not specific to this place but a general observation for cafes in Seoul, which seem to prefer clean Bauhaus style over cozy...
