This place is super underrated imo! We booked the suites at an unbelievably low price. Do book early as they only have one suite in the hotel. It is actually a combination of two rooms judging from the panels and the colour of the whole room. There is 3 queen size beds, one bathtub outside of the open concept bathroom, two shower areas and two toilets. Toilets and shower areas are separated. There is a huge marble tub which has only one drainage but it will tale forever to fill up the tub so we did not use it. For a family of 5, it's very affordable. Instead of booking two rooms, booking one suite saved us alot. Booked 6days for close to 2k but later found out that booking directly at the hotel is cheaper. Use desktop view or laptop to book instead of mobile phone otherwise the hotel webpage calendar doesn't load properly. Location is great with just the subway downstairs. One stop from myeong dong.if you wish to walk to myeong dong, its about 15mins walk. The airport bus limo drops opposite the hotel too. There is a convenient store downstairs as well. Of coz do not expect top notch fittings, the shelves/cupboards are a bare minimum and is slightly ajar or loose but it didn't matter much. Cleaning was done on 3 days that we were there. There is no breakfast buffet. Their buffet starts 11am. There is a fridge filled with bottled water by reception that is free for all to take. If I were to nitpick, that will be a number of intoxicated people nearby the hotel at night . Just have to be careful but generally they were just standing at some corner and stoning...
Read moreWe had a great stay at this hotel! For the price, the room was very spacious and well equipped. It even had a bathtub, mini fridge, and a separate toilet from the bathroom, which is rare at this price point in their location. There was also a microwave in the lobby, which was super helpful for warming up baby food or leftovers. They also provided both cold and room-temperature bottled water, we can take what we need, anytime. The location was really convenient. It only took one short bus ride (under 10 minutes) to reach Myeongdong, or you can walk there if you’re not in a hurry. Around the hotel, there are lots of restaurants, and for us Muslims, there was a great halal place nearby, which was a big plus. 7-Eleven and Paris Baguette are just a 3-minute walk away, which made snacking super easy. And best of all, Chungmuro Station (Lines 3 and 4) is less than 100 meters from the hotel. Exit 8 is closest but has stairs, while Exit 1 across the street has an escalator. There’s also a nearby airport bus stop, which I highly recommend for going to and from the airport (it's very practical and comfortable). And finally, the staff were incredibly kind and friendly, that really made our stay feel warm and welcoming. I already recommended this hotel to my friends who will be visiting Seoul. Would definitely...
Read moreLocation was amazing, only 1min away from exit 8 of Chungmoro station. Just take note take exit 8 has 2 flights of stairs so if you have luggage, you can head over to exit 7 and walk a little (max 3 mins) the airport bus is RIGHT OUTSIDE the hotel if you’re coming from the airport. Chungmoro has both the orange line (number 3) and blue line (number 4) so it’s super convenient to get to most places. The rooms are huge and we could open 2x 28” luggage easily. Unlimited water provided on the first floor. Plenty of USB ports around the room so you don’t need to bring any adapters. Staff were very friendly, even the housekeepers :)
On the other hand, the floor in the shower is extremelyyyyyyy slippery so if you have kids or elderly, I’d suggest you go somewhere else. The gradient of the toilet floor makes the water pond right smack in the middle and it collects all the soap scum, which makes it extra dangerous. The air conditioning is also very warm, we switched it off our entire stay and kept the windows opened (we’re here in winter!) the mattress is very soft so I wake up with backache almost everyday and the pillows are so flat it’s almost like they’re just a piece of cloth. House keeping was done twice during our five night stay.
Overall not that bad a hotel and at a good price. I’ll...
