강남구 대치동 한신 휴플러스 아파트 옆에 위치한 백종원 중식 체인점 빠른 점심 식사를 위해 방문하였는데 주문한지 얼마 안되어 바로 음식이 나온다. 먼저 간단히 말해 이러한 곳이 체인점의 본 모습이고 한계인건지... 탕수육이 먼저 나와 한입 물은 순간... 아니 탕수육의 겉바속촉은 어디에?... 튀김이 뜨겁지도 않고 그냥 미리 튀겨 놓은 탕수육에 소스 얹어 내오는 듯한 느낌이다. 좋은 말로 표현하면 부드럽고 반대로 말하자면 식감 꽝이다. 짜장 짬뽕 또한 마찬가지... 소스, 국물, 면은 따로 놀고 단지 단맛에 불맛 밖에 안느껴진다. 면도 시판 면을 사용하는지 찰진 맛은 찾을 수 없고 짬뽕의 온도는 미지근하다. 웬만해선 체인점은 아무리 못해도 대충 평타는 치는데 이곳은 좀... 그렇다고 친절하지도 않고... 단지 혼밥 할 때 갈곳 없으면 한끼 떼우는 정도로 만족해야 할 곳 정도라 생각된다. 앞으로는 아무리 급해도 그냥 일이천원 더 주고 다른 곳에서 먹는거로...

홍콩반점의 맛이 지점마다 다르네요. 한 4~5군데 가봤는데 여기가 맛있네요. 다른곳은 8시50분 주문마감인데 여기만 9시반까지 주문 가능해서 선택했어요. 배달이 많은지 띵똥소리가 끊이지않네요. 짬뽕국물 맛이 깊어요.

가성비 좋게 짜장면 먹고싶을때 간다 탕짜시켰을때 탕수육이 너무 적다고 생각했지만.. 양이 생각보다 많아서 배가엄청 불렀다. 음식이 전체적으로 달달하다(개인적으로 나쁘지않다고 생각)
