The soup was very thick and gelatinous and the chicken was cooked tender and fall off the bone soft. The ginseng flavour was not too strong and the gelatinous rice when mixed with the soup becomes and porridge like consistency. I liked that they provide ginseng liqueur with the meal at no additional cost and the service was super! One thing I would say is, there is no restroom in the restaurant but there is a restroom in an alley next door for emergencies which is not super convenient.
