Marque d'Amour — Restaurant in Seoul

The cocktails were okay but not worth 60.000 won. At the end, I totally regret going to this place because 1) they told us the water was free and then we had to pay 5.000 won additionally for the water. 2) we felt that they did not treat us very well since everyone got free water except the "foreigners" and when we wanted to look out the window, they told us to move. 3) the opening hours was until midnight but we were already supposed to leave 15 minutes before.

So I would not recommend going there. Not worth the expensive prices. I totally regret going there and wish I would have spend my money...

If you want a cocktail with a difference, head to Marque d’Amour. My boyfriend and I took a couple of friends on Saturday night and the experience from beginning to end was lovely. We had a table right by the window so we got a beautiful view of the skyscrapers of Seoul city at night. The seating was comfy, spacious but still felt intimate. Staff were all kind and attentive. We powered through the signature cocktail menu as well as trying a few classics. Presentation and taste were both exceptional - best cocktails in Seoul. Can’t wait...

Drinks are decent but a bit pricey. Even though the place is mostly empty we can’t sit in the sofas because is for bigger parties, we can’t sit by the window because there’s minimum spend, but those tables stayed empty the whole time we were there so I don’t really get their logic. Also we have to pay at the front (this probably is a Korean thing) but overall just feels like they are charging international prices like NYC or Tokyo but level of service is not at...
