No Tous Les Jours, no Paris Baguette. Not like corporate bakeries, factories provide bakery by heavily marketing driven franchises teams. This bakery has probably less than 10 branches although it has been in business since 1968. I have been in this town for around 40 years and pick this place as the best not only because of my nostalgia but also the invincible level of quality.
