This place is all the hype if you love ramen. The chicken broth is so rich and savory that I just shovel it into my mouth without much thought. The chicken was yummy. It melted right in my mouth. I was always digging around in my bowl for any remaining morsels. I, lowkey, could not finish all the noodles, but everything else was gone. I knew the place was gonna be delicious because stepping into the restaurant, the aroma was there. Letting me know exactly what my tastebuds were in for. Ohh, alao the sides were there with some kimchi and raddish. I love a pickled raddish, and korea never fails to provide.
To all my cozy folk. This place was nice. Even though it was a small space. I never felt cramped and felt comfy having conversations with my boyfriend at a normal level. Everyone was just enjoying their ramen minding their own business. The lighting inaide during the day was nice too. Sitting next to the windows and watching the crowds pass while eating was a nice addition...

Simple menu. Chicken broth Ramen in original or spicy. You can add additional toppings, Chashu, extra egg, chicken, noodles etc. Also drinks, Beer, soft drink etc.
Service was friendly and polite and really made to feel welcome.
Now the ramen was next level. Added extra egg and Chashu. The chicken breast just melts in your mouth like butter. The broth was creamy, foamy and full of umami flavour. The egg blew my mind. Finally, ramen egg that is marinated fully and complemented the broth perfectly. Crack it open like a rare jewel full of flavour.
The noodles were perfect and the best thing is unlimited noodle refills if you still have broth in your bowl.
My absolute favourite ramen to date anywhere around the world. You must give this place a try at any of their locations in and around Seoul. You...
Read moreWent with low expectations since it's ramen in Korea, but this place is legit. Michelin guide restaurant. Chef went to Japan then came back to open this shop. Ordering system is via a vending machine right when you walk in, then they seat you. Menu is simple. Only 2 types of chicken broth ramen, regular and spicy. It comes with chicken meat, egg, black fungus mushroom. You can add on additional toppings as well like chasu pork. Bowls are small but price is cheap at 12000. Only bonchon was daikon. Food came out quickly. Broth was excellent, not excessively salty or oily, very flavorful, mild spice. Chicken was soft and tender. Thin noodles were perfectly cooked. Surprisingly no wait during dinner time on a weekday. They have another location in...
