Outback Steakhouse — Restaurant in Seoul

I went to outback to try a new menu. The service and the food was good however the welcoming and departure must be reviewed. Welcoming: as soon as I passed the door, the lady told me to wait outside. No good morning or hello. When the lady brought me to my seat, her behave was cold. Service: way better than the welcoming. Jay was our waiter and he did an excellent job. Introduction, presentation of the menu he did his job. Food: Shrimp coconut: good but a little bit too much coconut on it so too sweet. However the shrimps used were tasty and generous. Mushroom soup, salad: good. Tomahawk steak: juicy, tender a pleasure to eat. Also, our waiter Jay provided us all the sauces required to eat with the meat: steak sauce, mustard, blue sauce. Jay our waiter did a really good job by asking if our meal was going well. Departure: for the payment, the lady at the cashier didn’t say thank you or smile. It is bad as you always want to leave a restaurant in a good mood. I could provide 5 stars however due to the behavior of the ladies I cannot...

The service was really awful. We asked to be seated at the many open booths at the window but was told they were all reserved even as various people came and went. Our waitress seemed disinterested and almost annoyed and rushed. The food came out quickly, but not in a good way. While we were still eating, the waitress brought our bill. It felt like a fast food atmosphere with outrageous prices then. The food was okay, enjoyable but not something I would rave about. The last time I visited Outback steak house is around 3 years ago. And I didn't have any chance to go there after then. I found out here by accident that I came here for shopping. this restaurant is located at the highest floor. I was very impressed at the view by the window seat, and ceiling is quite high, make me feel comfortable. of course all food I ordered was great, same as before, some menu was better. all food were served with good service and explain in detail.
