평일 12시 반쯤 가니 반 정도 자리가 차있었어요. 시킨 메뉴에 따라 밑반찬이 다르게 나왔어요. 삼겹살은 지리산 흑돈으로 쓰신다는데 확실히 먹어보면 좋은 고기를 쓴다는 게 느껴집니다. 고기 맛도 괜찮고 누린내가 안 나요. 솥뚜껑이라 열전도율이 좋아서 그런지 위쪽은 잘 익더라구요. 배추김치와 파김치가 나오긴 하지만 김치가 맛있진 않아서 고기만 쌈장이나 기름장에 찍어먹는게 더 맛있더라구요. 마늘이나 상추도 푸짐하게 나왔어요. 청국장은 양배추, 두부가 가득 나와서 건강하게 맛있는 집밥 먹는 느낌입니다. 간이 많이 세지 않아서 좋았어요. 두부는 약간 부드러우면 좋을 것 같아요. 두부김치는 큰 시장두부 한 모를 다 쓴 것처럼 크게 나오는데 볶음김치와 나와요. 기름에 볶은 김치라서 고소하고 청국장에 쓰는 두부와 같은지 약간...
