I do not usually rate large franchises. This SB should be the largest I have ever been. The seat layout design maximizes to enjoy the waterfront scenery. Very nice until I confronted two problems, Wi-Fi is unstable depending on where you sit. The bathroom is disgusting! I understand this is not SB's fault because the building doesn't allow it to have its own bathroom. But please let SB take care of it?
