I used reserve coffee cuz que is too long with my customer but reserved service was sucks....she wasnt nice at all ..i choosed new colobia one, I asked hows different with different machines they have but she made me feel like dont bother me and answered careless way even I'm with customer made so embarrasing. I'll never choose that again with expensive price with no...

It is okay. I wanted a strawberry açaí refresher but instead the barista thought I was ordering some other milk drink that cost 9,000 won, while the drink I wanted only cost 7,500 won. It’s not really that big of a deal, but I think that when I order I should get what I order. Still would recommend this place just make sure you double check...

Nobody rush and take all with the kiasu attitude, impressive Koreans attitude. Coffee coming from the Reserve section is stronger, higher strength, more aromatic.
