Summer Gold — Restaurant in Seoul

We found this place by chance while driving by. My wife thought it looked nice, so we gave it a shot and boy did we luck out. A wonderful, homey, countryside atmosphere, with wood accents everywhere and lots of little fun decorations. Service was friendly and the food was really outstanding by any standard - and we’ve done a lot of eating around the world. Great coffee as well. The interior is incredibly cute, filled with charming decorations and cozy seating arrangements. I couldn't resist trying their bagels, which were absolutely delicious. I also ordered a glass of their homemade lemonade, which was refreshingly tangy and had just the right amount of sweetness. American here who works out of France regularly as part of my job. Literally one of the best croissants I’ve ever had. Coffee was top notch (roasted well, brewed spectacularly). Vibes were immaculate — hanok exterior walls on the inside of the shop with a little courtyard in the center where they’ve installed a skylight which lets the sunlight stream through.
