London Bagel Museum is definitely on everyone’s cafe list when they visit Seoul, and it surely was on ours! We got their:
𝑭𝒊𝒈 (4.7₩) 🌟 We absolutely loved how they incorporated figs into this bagel! The sweet and sticky fig glaze together with embedded seeds that gave a nice small crunch made the bagel so perfect. We even bought this again when we came back!
𝑷𝒐𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒐 𝑪𝒉𝒆𝒆𝒔𝒆 (5.5₩) This was one of their most popular bagels, and very filling, you can get this to share! There’s mashed potato inside and a slice of cheese melted nicely on top. We recommend to have it on the spot though.
𝑩𝒂𝒔𝒊𝒍 (4.7₩) 🌟 We did not expect the basil flavour to shine through but it really did. The distinctive aroma of basil really stood out with its herby sweetness!
𝑪𝒊𝒏𝒏𝒂𝒎𝒐𝒏 𝑷𝒆𝒄𝒂𝒏 (4.7₩) 🌟 Just look at that thick glistening glaze - they were definitely not stingy with their cinnamon! We adored the spicy nutty combination that this bagel had to offer and we would gladly have this again.
𝑩𝒍𝒂𝒄𝒌 𝑶𝒍𝒊𝒗𝒆 (4.7₩) This sounded interesting but we couldn’t particularly taste the olives.
𝑺𝒆𝒔𝒂𝒎𝒆 (4.7₩) Now this was a simple bagel coated with a super generous amount of sesame. There was so much sesame that there was a satisfying crunch of sesame nuttiness with every bite!
𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒕𝒛𝒆𝒍 𝑷𝒍𝒂𝒊𝒏 (4.7₩) This bagel had a more firm and chewy texture. The glossy appearance together with that little sprinkle of salt surely enticed us but did not stand out as much.
Do note that the queue at LBM was crazy. Crowds were camping outside waiting for hours! The variety of bagel flavours are definitely worth the hype (tomato, blueberry, chocolate and moreee), but they aren’t worth the queue if you’re here as a tourist with limited time to spend on cafe hopping.

Read moreCan't say much for the bagels because I didn't even get a chance to try it. And I went for 2 days straight. The first day I went at around 4pm and everything was sold out, fair enough so I decided to try the next morning.
Came at 10am the next morning and was told to take a number, we didn't have a Korean number but the lady at the door was at least nice enough to offer to reach us through Instagram DM using her personal account.
Waited around Anguk area til 1pm before being asked to come back because it would be 'ready in 40 mins'. When we got there I was told it would take another 1-2 hours. So I changed my reservation to 'take-out' since it would then be a bit faster.
After around another 40 minutes and I was around the Anguk area, we get a dm saying our number is coming up 'in 5 minutes or it will be passed'. There's no way I was able to make it back there in 5 minutes, so I was 10 minutes late and they already passed my number. No way to wait for another slot. Just straight up 'no, your number has passed'.
That is to say, the bagels are probably not bad and we were indeed 'late' for our turn so we understand. But there's no way any bagel is worth waiting in place in the cold from 10am to 2pm. That queuing system...leaves a lot to be desired. And the service is hit or miss.
Sad to say we feel like we wasted half a day just going back and forth this restaurant. And if you're on holiday you know half a day is precious time.
By the way, try Attendy Cafe next door instead. Charming place, no lines,...

Tips:
+Download the AP Catchable before arriving. 15minutes before the store opens, one of the employees will bring a small touch display stand out and you will have to scan the QR code and let it know how many people you have in your party. It will give you your # in the queue and you will have to show them the interface when your number is called later.
+First thing you do when you enter is ignore the bagels and head for the far end of the room and then to the room adjoining on the right side. Place your jacket or something not valuable on the seat that you want. Then it is time to go get your bagels. The outside texture of the bagels are not as hard when compared to New York bagels. The inside texture of the bagels here are also much softer. This is just personal preference, but I prefer New York style bagels.
