The Bakers Table is one of my favorite brunch spots in Iteawon. Their menu has both meals with a German flair and a selection of sandwiches and soup. Available drinks range from a small selection of domestic and imported beers, coffee, and tea, as well as some specialty non-alcoholic drinks.
And then there is the famous bakery, with a fersh selection of bread, sourdough and rye are my favorites, pastries, cakes, the sour cherry cake is excellent, and brownies! Most of the pastries are not as sweet as many other bakeries produce.
The staff have always been thoughtful, friendly, efficient, and fast. Please note: The Bakers Table small with most of the seating outside undercover, so expect a wait if they are busy. They are also dog friendly at the outside seating.
The Bakers Table is one of the really good restaurants in the Iteawon area. It is a little out of the way, not on Iteawon road proper. Also, as a bakery, there are many baked goods like apple cake, brownies, cookies, goodies to enjoy, and take away for later.
Just returned after 2 years of lock downs. The Bakers Table is just as good as in the past. They have modernized the ordering system, and the fast friendly service is still the same. The food is still great.
New favorite, steak and eggs breakfast or the steak sandwich. Served with tea or coffee.
Please note: The Bakers Table is a popular brunch spot. There may be a wait for a table. Also, parking is very limited at the restaurant, but there is paid parking available in the...

Food was quite good, it did take a little bit to come out but theu were ridiculously busy so that's understandable. Would have taken off a star for the wait for both table and food but service made up for it.
Service was definitely stretched thin to a breaking point, everyone was being ran from table to table to register. Maybe someone got sick and called out but it seemed to me like they could use few more people. Even with the restaurant full of people demanding things and needing to be taken care of. Tall Korean man whom spoke fluent English kept smiles on his face the whole time and he made my experience very pleasant and nice which could easily have been an annoying visit. He apologized to me for food taking a bit to get to me and explained that everyone just sat down and orderd as well as the kitchen staffs are doing the best they can to accommodate everyone.
Overall, will be back again before I...

I recently visited "The Baker's Table" café in Seoul, and unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. Firstly, the price for breakfast is a whopping 13,500 Won - and that's without drinks! This is simply too expensive.
Another major point of criticism was the service. The staff were very distant and generally rather unfriendly. There was a distinct lack of hospitality, which made the meal even less enjoyable.
Furthermore, the café did not have air conditioning, only fans. With the heat outside, this was unfortunately not enough to provide a comfortable atmosphere. Additionally, the café is located directly on a noisy street, which further increased the noise level.
The preparation time of the food was okay, nothing special, but also not to complain about. However, what stood out was the lack of straws for cold drinks and the completely bent cutlery, which simply did not make a good impression.
In conclusion, I can only say that "The Baker's Table" is more of an overpriced hot dog stand with unfriendly staff than a pleasant café to linger in. There are certainly better options in Seoul...
