SAUCE — Restaurant in Seoul

The design is very warm and welcoming, the staff is very friendly and the food is an absolute trip! Next time I'll try to book the outdoors tables in beforehand to enjoy more of the open doors layout. There is nothing better than good food, great service and bottomless drinks; and all without breaking the bank? Coming back again next month to update this with some pictures!

A particular experience: I remember in particular one of their team member, a Hispanic guy that seems to be part of the kitchen staff (he was wearing an apron). After service, it seemed like the chef himself came to check on us, right at the table. He kindly took the time to ask if everything was okay, asked us for our feedback and thank us for coming while nicely forwarded our next drink order to the bar staff. We found it nice, but slightly odd to be just us, until we saw him doing the same for several tables! You do not get anything like that...

Love the vibe, very welcoming. Their bottomless Mimosas are fire! Reservations are a must bc of the amount of people that goes there. I didn't take a pic of my brunch but I ordered their Fry Up (I think that's what it's called) and it was delicious. Bacon was extra crispy to my liking, eggs were well seasoned, and the potatoes were baked just right! I went there 2 weekends on a roll and leaving feeling good always (off the mimosas) lol 😁. Everything was perfect! Will try and visit again before returning back to the states as I live 2 hours from Seoul....

Came here as part of a post-wedding brunch and the service and food were fantastic. I ordered the falafel plate which was flavorful and just the right size. Plus I always appreciate having multiple sauce options 😋. We got the bottomless drinks option and the servers were great at spotting any empty glasses and filling 'em up. I also like that you can switch up your drinks --mimosa, Aperol spritz, coffee, Negroni...
