Worst experience ever, most of the chairs and private rooms are damaged. One chair in our private room had a screw sticking out that ripped my brother inlaws pants, when we notified management they interrogated him and asked to see the rip in the hallway while other customers are still walking by. When we said that was uncomfortable he pushed harder and just tried to brush off the incident saying he was going to be quiet but we were blowing it out of porportion.Then we spoke with the supposed owner of the buffet and while we were explaining the situation, his body language was dismissive and seamed he did not care. He was fidgeting with his glasses and exhaling as if he did not want to listen or did not care. NEVER AGAIN will I step foot in this establishment. They are over priced and customer service sucks. I can get better food @Lotte and actually enjoy my dinner. This was supposed to be a wonderful final meal with my family at my brother inlaws favorite buffet but ended with us disappointed, dissatisfied, and a hole in his pants. The price is right. Food is excellent. Every table had buttered lobster to try. Great selection of desserts.
