I rarely give 5 stars to restaurants because there’s always something missing but this time we just had a great experience across the board. Just great flavors from local produce executed well using traditional Spanish cooking techniques.
I had surveyed a couple of places for the best chuletón de Avila and I had shortlisted 5 of them, including El Rincon del Jabugo. I can now say without any doubts that this must be one of better ones out there because not only the food is of great quality, but so was the service and the attentiveness and professionalism of the waiter

Gave us some free Parmesan and walnuts tapas for our drinks Great menu suggestions complementing dishes we wanted to order Correctly prioritize the order of serving and made it very easy to share dishes with each of the parties having one for themselves ensuring that whenever our first dish was finished just before that happened the following one was in the making and ready to go promptly the only one in Avila that cuts and slices the chuletón for you and have a warming plate so you can grill your steak to your liking and don’t have to rush to finish it in 10 minutes because it gets cold. And if your warming is cold can easily replaced. This is the key feature that good steakhouses should have!

Nice fresh tomato tuna salad, wonderfully comfortable beans stewed with at least 2 types of pork, Galician octopus was tender and the accompanying potatoes were so full of flavour! Chuleton steak was nicely cooked and was sliced for us which was very appreciated. Also, a “sizzling hot plate” for giving the steak some extra seal on the side and keeps the steak warm throughout the meal time. With drinks for each of us, in total only just over €40 per person! Such great value for a quality dinner....

Vine a las 7 de la tarde y vi que tenían paquetes de cenas. Al llegar el precio de las cenas que me ofrecieron no coincidían con las que tienen puestas en pizarrones afuera del local
No me dejaron sentarme en la mesa que seleccione aún cuando la mesa solo tenía dos sillas ( fui al establecimiento solo). Me parece que es algo rutinario en España que no te dan las mejores mesas si creen que no vas a consumir suficiente. Me guardo mis comentarios al respecto
Escogí el chuleton como platillo fuerte ,por que lei que es algo propio de la región. La comida super rica, desafortunadamente es MUCHISIMA carne. Hasta que me sirvieron vi que se trataba de un corte de 800 gramos , la cena incluía papas fritas en gajo , y una sopa de. alubias y postre. Creo que el personal debería tener la amabilidad para indicar el gramaje de los cortes previo a qué se ordenen Y SUGERIR algo acordé con el número de comensales
Me sugirieron una cerveza que acepté y nunca la trajeron. Tuve que pedir otra cerveza y al final me cobraron ambas
En conclusión pude haber disfrutado mucho está cena, pero por detalles corregíbles salí con un mal sabor de boca.
