La KoffeeCleta Café de Especialidad — Restaurant in Aínsa-Sobrarbe/L´Aínsa-Sobrarbe

The coffee is excellent, made with extra care and proficiency, and the barista is very nice. The cart is located in the midst of the old city of Ainsa, which is very nice, but quite challenging when the weather is hot. Therefore, maybe more options for cold coffee could be nice(I think there is only the cold brew and coffee shakes, but the language gaps were significant). Also notice it's a slow coffee cart, so don't expect something instant(we've waited 5 minutes which is perfectly fine)- but the waiting is worth it. There are only small cookies, so find some food nearby if you're hungry....

Si sueles ser de café con leche y te gusta el café de especialidad, no es tu lugar. La actitud de la chica ha sido un tanto extraña, nos ha servido el café con leche como insinuando que así no se aprecia el sabor pero que ella nos los servía porque es lo que le suelen pedir. Casi 5€ por un café que estaba malísimo y el chorrito de leche ha sido insignificante. Entiendo que ella sabe de lo suyo y lo hará con cariño pero prefiero que me recomiende y me explique sobre lo que vende (cold brew, café infusionado…) a que me venda un café a sabiendas de que va a tener un sabor malísimo y el trato haya sido tan de “yo sé sobre café y me lo curro pa que me vangáis a pedir un café con leche”, así se le quitan las ganas a uno, mala inversión...
