Restaurante Town — Restaurant in A Coruña

Very clean, well furnished restaurant. There were only a couple of other diners there when we ate so not a lot of atmosphere but I would imagine that, when busy, this place has a lot of energy. The food was top notch. Really good chinese food (which is unusual for Spain) and very good value. The spring rolls were ok but had cabbage inside them, not the normal beansprouts, but still tasty. The steamed dumplings were delicious as were the two dips served with them. Main course of Chinese fried chicken for me was an absolute delight. A taste sensation. The rice was lovely too. My wife had udon noodles with slightly overcooked prawns and a very tasty sauce. With coffee and wine it all came to a very reasonable 44€. Very happy to...

The food was terrible. The rice had no flavor, the food (we had chicken and sizzling shrimp) were so salty they were barely edible. The house soup had no flavor and the Xiao long bao were NOT soup dumplings. They were steam buns that smelled terrible and tasted like cardboard. They were not home made and looked like they were mass produced in a factory and frozen. The spring roll looked more like a huge empanada (although the shape was an add rectangle) and was overly fried and greasy. My husband ordered from the restaurant last week with Glovo. I had a couple of bites of the fried rice and pato peking and it seemed fine. Last night he ordered again. Big mistake. The spring roll, duck on rice, and beef with oyster sauce were extremely greasy, salty, and mushy respecitvely. I regret having any of it because the food has made me sick all night, and I’m still suffering. I will never eat here again. I feel miserable.
