Cocktail Lounge Bar Acanto — Restaurant in Adeje

Not the best, and it seems to rely on the passing tourist trade rather than put effort into the service and food. On arrival we were greeted by a rather aloof middle aged women who wasn't very pleasent and advised we'd have to wait 20 minutes despite at least half of the restaurant being empty. Once eventually seated, we ordered the chickenpaella and mixed sea food grill! The paella was okay, but the chicken was mainly bone, and at least half of the seafood grill (serves 2) was on the cold side. It was acceptable, though, but not the best and not worth the money. There was no real personality about the place and no real service. We noticed that when people were asking for a table they would accept some and turn others away as if profiling them - i.e., if they had kids it was a no but 4 adults would have been okay......probably more money in it for them. Personally we wouldn't go again, at least to the restaurant (I believe there is a cocktail lounge that I can't comment on) and I wouldn't recommend to...

Enttäuschend! Wir wollten dort Grad etwas essen, nach 10 Minuten Wartezeit hatte sich jemand des Personals erbarmt uns zu bedienen. Es waren bei ungefähr 20 Gäste ja immerhin 5 Kellner unterwegs. Getränkebestellung funktionierte knapp, ich war noch nicht ganz fertig, da fiel er mir ins Wort und fragte schon meinen Partner. Als wir denn das Essen bestellen wollten,wurde mir ins Wort gefallen "2 minutes " und er ging. Es kamen die Getränke und wir konnten wieder nichts bestellen. Bei ganzen 5 Kellnern wurden wir ignoriert. Sie kamen immer wieder bei uns vorbei und bedienten die anderen Gäste. Wir verlangten, nachdem wir unsere Getränke leer hatten und es wieder keiner kam, die Rechnung. Noch nie so ein schlechten Service gesehen. Würde am liebsten Ihnen keinen einzigen Stern geben,dass wir kein Trinkgeld gegeben haben ist da wohl mehr als...

The waiter (app 50 year dark hair man) became agressive, when we ordered less food than he expected and demanded us to leave, 3 persons including the kid. The place was almost empty then :) Very poor...
