Eden cocktail & Gin Club — Restaurant in Adeje

Myself and my wife visited Callao Salvaje, Tenerife in early March ‘25. We we staying very close to Eden Cocktail & Gin Club so we pretty much visited every evening!! It was without doubt one of the highlights of our holidays. Eddie runs it and is very well supported by Alex, Patrick and another very smiley pleasant chap whose name I can’t remember (sorry 😜). They were all really great and provided top class service. We usually went there after we ate and they had no issue lighting our flaming sambuca and then proceeded to provide us with quite the range of cocktails. Alex’s Long Island Iced Tea was my favourite! After is visiting 2 evenings on the 3rd we didn’t have to ask for our flaming sambuca, Alex just got it and sorted it for us as we sat up at the bar. If that wasn’t enough they have music and entertainment there every evening. ‘Saxophone Sam’ 😀 was another highlight, brilliant and promised to visit Ireland soon as well… 😉. Another was a 60s/70s disco trio that were brilliant. Another was a singer on a guitar that layered his harmonies, he was also brilliant. I think he liked my version of Cecilia 😎. Fantastic Cocktails & Cozy Atmosphere! Edén is a hidden gem in Callao Salvaje! This small and cozy cocktails bar offers a fantastic selection of cocktails, including both traditional favorites and their own unique signature cocktails. If you love trying new flavors, I highly recommend going for one of their signature creations, they are truly special!

I tried the Pornstar Martini, and it was perfectly balanced, smooth, and full of flavor. The presentation of all the drinks is excellent, showing the attention to detail they put into their craft.

What makes this place even better is the fun and relaxing atmosphere. They have small table games like 4 in a Row, which is a great touch to keep you entertained while enjoying your drinks. Plus, they also offer live music, adding to the lively and welcoming vibe.

Beautiful coctail bar with a lovely laid-back atmosphere. UNFORTUNATELY! The service, tonight, was shockingly poor. Sat for fifteen minutes, without any acknowledgement from the staff, despite, having gone to the bar twice to get menus ourselves. Sat for another five minutes and had to call the waiter over to take our order. Sat for another ten minutes until they served a couple who ordered ten minutes after us.
