This is a gem of place and I am glad we found it! My boyfriend and I basically ate the menu in the time we were here. The coffee is great and amazing quality, the pastries are also always delicious and fresh. They also offer customisable sandwiches with fresh and authentic Italian ingredients for a very small price (those sandwiches are perfect if you have excursions as the bread is always fresh and can last you for the whole day). It is remarkable that in the short shop strip in Callao Salvaje, you can find 4 pastry shops serving a decent crispy breakfast besides the ubiquitous bacon and eggs of the most popular places.
