Pro tip: Book 24–48 hours in advance—it’s small, popular, and worth planning ahead for (we learned this the hard way after missing out our first year!).

The food is outstanding: fresh, high-quality, and surprisingly great value. As a vegetarian, my wife was thrilled with the delicious vegetarian "meat" balls (the only veg option, but done to perfection!). The house white wine, The best we tasted all trip—crisp, refreshing, and paired beautifully with the meal.

We were too full for dessert, but the apple strudel wafting past our table looked (and smelled) divine—next time, we’re saving room!

We were recommended this place and were told you needed to book to have a chance at getting a table. We haven't needed to book anywhere else so took a chance and sure enough, we couldn't get a table so booked for the following night. It was so good that we booked again. We had the vegetarian meatballs, but they only had one portion left. They recommended the cheese noodles, which didn't seem so appetising but the waiter assured us was a really nice dish. It's basically macaroni cheese and it was delicious! We started with a French onion soup which came served in a glass jar and had a garlic bread crust. Again.... delicious!!! Dieses Restaurant ist auf der ganzen Insel wohl kaum zu übertreffen - selbst in einer Großstadt, wie Dortmund sucht man lange nach einem vergleichbarem Restaurant.

Ich bin nun das 3. Mal auf der Insel und dort viel herumgekommen. Seit ca. 2 Jahren kenne ich nun dieses Restaurant in dem zum Glück nicht ganz so touristischem Ort und gehe dort regelmäßig essen.

Klar, im Urlaub möchte man eigentlich etwas landestypischer essen oder mal was ganz anderes kennenlernen, es gibt vielleicht auch noch 2, 3 andere Restaurants auf Teneriffa, die man sicherlich ebenfalls weiterempfehlen kann, aber das Gesamtpaket stimmt eigentlich nur HIER!

Es sind hier ganz einfach die kleinen, teils auch großen Unterschiede. Alle anderen Restaurants versuchen dich förmlich in die Läden zu ziehen (leider fast überall üblich) - hier wirst einfach nur freundlich begrüßt. Die Tische sind auch so voll, ganz ohne Schleppermethoden (Achtung: ich würde hier immer reservieren!)

Spätestens nach dem 3. Besuch wird man namentlich und schon freundschaftlich begrüßt, man fühlt sich zuhause...nur eben mit gutem Wetter! Der Service ist der 2. große Unterschied. Wo man woanders dem Kellner gerne mal anschreien oder schon fast festhalten muss, läuft es hier fast von selbst. Nicht aufdringlich, aber stets parat. Einfach herzlich und immer für Spaß zu haben.

Das Essen kann man nur als sensationell bezeichnen. Wie gesagt, selbst in einer deutschen Großstadt muss dafür leider länger suchen. Und wenn ich an viele Restaurants auf Teneriffa denke, ist dieses kaum schlagbar. Und das hört man auch von vielen Residenten, die oftmals sogar kilometerweit fahren, um dort zu essen. Super Qualität und 2 Köche, die mit Leidenschaft kochen.

Als ich das erste Mal dort war, hätte ich nicht gedacht, dass sich ein relativ kleiner Laden fast am Ende der Dorfstraße und ausgerechnet mit vorwiegend deutscher Küche durchsetzen kann - jetzt sehe ich warum und freue mich fürs gesamte Team.
