Sangri-la — Restaurant in Adeje

After a long day, we decided to have dinner at this restaurant. We were greeted by a waitress with an exceptionally positive energy, who helped us with the selection of dishes, all with a smile. The food was fantastic. For the starter, we chose Canarian potatoes and slices of goat cheese. The potatoes were perfectly cooked and beautifully paired with the delicate, flavorful slices of goat cheese. The flavors were simple yet well-balanced, making it an excellent start to the evening. So sorry no pics, we scoffed the lot without thinking. Ordered grilled sirloin steak with potatoes (came with canary sauce) & mixed veg - €14.50, sirloin steak with peppercorn sauce with chips & mixed veg - €16.50 & kids' chicken nuggets (6) n chips - €5.95. All arrived about 15 mins after ordering. Steaks came sizzling on skillets. Asked for medium done which they were but obviously still cooking on skillet, so if you like pink maybe order rare/medium. Veg, potato sauce & peppercorn sauce were delicious. Steak was tender & tasty, couldn't fault any of the food at all. Would definitely recommend a visit. We didn't bother with Steak 21 along street as couldn't justify €30+...

Called in when out and about in the area for a cocktail, it was quite early evening and no one else was in the restaurant.

Ordered two cocktails and they were bang average, cocktails didn't have any ice in them and this made them slightly warm which isn't what you wanted when it was 30 degrees! Cocktails were the cheapest in the area but you can see why after sampling them.
