McDonald's — Restaurant in Adeje

Ordered Happy Meal with ice cream as dessert at the self service screen. Ticket didn’t print... After meal, went to the counter to collect ice cream. They didn’t want to give the dessert without a ticket. Speaking English is like speaking Chinese to these people...they literally don’t understand a single word! It took almost 10 min for them to understand and accept that we paid for the happy meal but that ticket didn’t print...Finally they gave the dessert and afterwards I saw an employee waggle to the machine to check the ticket printer, and surprise surprise, it was jammed and a bunch of tickets came out at once. Fail on customer service and on Spanish...

Regular McDonald's fast food restaurant. We waited for food for approximately 10 minutes with 10 customers ahead of us. I rate it positively.

I don't understand two things:

Why do you include McFlurry in the menu when the ice cream doesn't last until you finish it? Then I can only drink it 😂

This McDonald is the last McDonald Restaurant of the South Tenerife. Location is pretty decent located inside multi supermarkets there parking is not an issue at all. But going the to place is indeed bit confusing since the road is partly but hidden you know see the entrance until you reach the entrance gate. So I always recommend to use the maps.
