jardin restaurant needs urgent and significant improvement, we sadly had to leave restaurant with hungry stomach. the restaurant was also too dark.

We both ordered appetizer and main course .

Unfortunately the best part of the meal for us is the bread and the dip sauce. then they served the appetizer as you saw in the photo, the color of the sauce really didn’t make the dish look appetizing at all. It looked like puked thing. It tasted very strange as well. The sauce is awkwardly sweet. He lost his appetite after the appetizer. This strange appetizer is costing him 20€….. He managed to finish it because he was very hungry. My appetizer is something spicy and I had to say it is not very appetizing either. All I tasted is the chilly and there aren’t any points worth mentioning. This is costing around 20€ as well.

Meanwhile they gave one dish complimentary which was very nice. It was Italian Cannelloni. Unfortunately, it is not tasty either. The cheese stuffed doesn’t taste really like Italian cheese, it gave me some bitter taste. However I’m not an Italian and perhaps it is how the dish is supposed to be?? I also finished the dish because I was sick and I do need some protein. My partner has a vegetarian option and he found it average.

For main course he got a veg dish, in which the portion is just super tiny, which is costing 25€. He finished it in 5 mins and the dish was served cold. The dish is simply too plain for him to leave any feedback. I had the seabass with some sauce, again the sauce is bitter…….. I am just wondering whether bitter taste is featured in this restaurant. The seabass pieces are quite small for me and there are only 4 pieces. Here I have to say that seabass is nice however the quantity is just too less. The small pieces of seabass cost me almost 30€ and I still feel quite hungry after the meal.

Overall we are very unhappy with both the taste and the value. First, the quantity is really, really tiny and the food is unsavory. For both quality and quantity it is really overpriced. For such a bad dining experience we paid 93€. Please don’t waste...

Bit too quiet for me, scared of talking, incase we upset anyone. * Starter was fab, * main was lovely but dessert was just ok. My husband didn't enjoy his meal too much and I found that when the waitress noticed he hadn't ate his main, well the look on her face 🤔 said it all. After that I felt judge and treated abit rude by her, although she never asked why he hadn't eaten it. We then got presented with a birthday dessert, which I felt was rushed so we wud leave fast!!! when she noticed I wasn't happy at the fact we didn't even get asked about the dessert, she then came over and offered me a desert menu. When by the way, my husband was already tucking into his birthday dessert which he didn't ask for! And had to pay for?? 🤔 why is beyond me. Although it was a very nice gesture, it wud of also been nice to be asked for a dessert first and then a candle stuck in a dessert he'd prefer or even asked for, rather than him feel he had to eat it through pure guilt if he didnt. Such a lovely place spoilt by the service at the end.. and to top it off €20 for a G&T, I'm not a money scrapper at all but that has got to be the most expensive G&T I've ever had. I will never go back which is a shame bcoz the decor is...

We've previously been to this restaurant so it was an easy choice for my husband's 50th birthday. Unfortunately the whole experience was a complete disaster! We arrived 10mins prior our booking very excited and so looking forward to our evening! It took the staff 45mins to acknowledge us! When finally we've got the chance to order drinks the waitress spilled half of the wine on the table said "Jesus" and disappeared leaving the mess! Another waitress came to clean the table but it has never passed her mind to change the glasses or to bring new bottle! By this point we were considering leaving, but it was way to late to look for another restaurant! The visit was so unpleasant so we decided to skip the starters & order the main, so at least we have had some food! Meanwhile the staff remained completely careless!
