Having found it impossible to order a kitchen sink online I was forced to make the trip from Valle Gran Rey de La Gomera to the outlet in Adeje on Tenerife which took 4 hours travel time each way. On arrival the staff were completely rushed off their feet trying to attend a large amount of waiting customers. I finally managed to order my sink and a stainless steel bin, both of which I paid for on the spot. I was also charged €30 for the delivery of my purchases to my home on La Gomera as I could not carry them and do not own a vehicle. 5 weeks later and I have still received nothing at all. No notifications, no merchandise, no correspondence. I have called multiple times and each time the staff have had no idea even which company they use for transportation between islands. I am at my wits end. I need the sink, but doubt very much at this point, after all the phone calls and getting fobbed off time after time, that they will honour their contract. If I don't hear anything from them by tomorrow, which was their latest of many promises, I will be forced to look into taking legal action. What a sad state of affairs. Who would have thought that it would be so exhausting and frustrating to get a kitchen sink delivered from such a ordinarily reputable company. Very disappointed. I have finally received my goods yesterday after having had to investigate which companies deliver from this outlet and calling them one by one, once I found the one that they work with (which, again they were incapable of telling me through customer service) and they said they had picked up the merchandise on the 13th of January as opposed to Leroy Merlín claiming that it had left on the 31st of December. I had already started the procedure of cancelling the payment through my bank. The customer service is abominable. The people in Santa Cruz know exactly what they're doing but these guys in Adeje have no idea and even less motivation to provide a good service is how it...

I'm giving 3 stars because they have a good variety.. But.. Would be 5 stars only for the rude staff member I encountered today at till 7. I'm Irish.. Not that it matters, but I speak English and trying to learn Spanish.. Been here 4 months so my Spanish isn't great.. I know very simple words.. So I am painting the tile floor of my new business premises and ran out of paint.. So went back there today to buy more.. I had 3 buckets of paint and seen there was a shorter queue and thought it was the express checkout for only a few items.. Got to the checkout and the guy at the till speaks to me in Spanish, obviously because I'm in a Spanish island, but I didn't know what he said so I politely said sorry?? He then has this face on him like who the hell do I think I am.. He speaks again in Spanish and I politely say lo siento mi espanol es no bien, soy estudiar espanol but no bien.. He gets extremely rude looking me up and down (I'm in my painting gear mind you) and says very rudly I need to get in the other queue. I say I'm sorry I thought this was express checkout. Which he rudly replies with no it's business checkout for businesses.. So I say that's okay I have a business, and he goes off on one with me... Extremely rude! I ask him what his problem is, and why is he speaking to me like this?? Which he rudly goes off on one about it being solely for business.. So I say there's no need to be rude.. I have a business.. Do you think women can't have a business, or is it that I spoke English to you that has you so rude?? He did let me pay but he was saying I'm rude.. I'm not rude.. I just won't be spoken to or treated badly like that!! So in a nutshell.. Extremely rude staff member and he needs a reality check! Try being polite to your customers!! I won't be back that's for sure.. I was going to buy everything I need for my business here but I will be taking my...

My experience with ventanas is very bad in relation to the installation service. I was dealing with Nelson from the company who does the installation. I bought 13 ventanas and had to pay in advance (4 months) the ventanas plus the installation service. The last day of the installation the guys who did it asked me to sign an approval without even checking together the ventanas and not mentioning some defects, I refused and checked with them and found several problems and insisted to write them out on the installation document before signing. After 2 months problems are not fixed and I never received the installation document that I signed, I already sent 2 email I received a call from Leroymerlin saying that it will take one more month, no mention about the document.

I'm expecting a reply to this review saying the usual story: thank you...we are working to improve.. If you want all details you could contact me anytime

Guys if you really want to improve I can help you: 1- ask the payment of the installation ONLY when it's completed successfully. 2- consider an alternative company for installations 3 - give to the customer the installation report as a standard 4- monitor the installation company if there are problems monitor with the customer the progress while fixing. 5- give a free voucher to the customer in case you have evidence of a bad service that created a problem to the customer.

I suggest customers NOT TO BUY ventanas with installation service if point 1 is not implemented and particularly if ventanas are big size, there are other companies that are probably 10-20% more expensive and can give you a much better...

The customer service from this store is disgusting. I bought some bathroom furniture which was damaged, I took it back for a refund. I ordered it again as the lady in store said it was in stock only to find out it wasn't so another refund was processed, we went back into store AGAIN to order another one and was told it would take 30 days. 4 weeks later we received a text to say it was ready, so we collected and took it home only to find out that they had sold us the original damaged furniture in the same box. So we took it back to make a complaint, 1 hour and 30 minutes later we was offered a refund or to wait another 2 months for a new one. We decided to take the refund. We asked for the hoja de reclamaciones multiple times from 5 different members of staff who eventually gave us the form. Now we have cancelled all of the furniture and this has delayed the refurbishment of our bathroom. Not only have you caused an inconvenience but a lot of stress. I will be returning the others items we have bought totalling thousands of euros and I will never step through your door again. You are a horrible company. Because you are willingly selling damaged goods to your customers without notifying them, this is a breach of consumer law and a complaint will be given to a family lawyer and passed to the oficina de consumo! (Photos attached are of the same item but sold to us twice, taken 4 weeks apart, we were also called liars by members of staff)

🔥🤬SOY EMPRESARIO Y POR ESO SÉ QUE HAY 2 TIPOS DE TRABAJADORES Tipo 1 (QUE SOLUCIONA): Tamara (gracias a ella no les doy 1 estrella si no 2), la chica que estaba el domingo 9 de febrero de 2025 en el departamento de devoluciones y que me trató EXCELENTE no, lo siguiente y eso que se lo puse difícil, porque al cilindro que iba a devolver tenía algún detalle y no traía la factura, pero además yo estaba revisando algo en el móvil y no podía prestar toda la atención al proceso de devolución. A pesar de todo ella, que lo tenía fácil con decirme: caballero, sin el ticket o factura no sé puede hacer la devolución, ella buscó en el ordenador y encontró mi factura y siempre con un trato amable. Esta chica en mi humilde opinión merece un buen puesto, porque soluciona problemas y no los crea. 👍 Tipo 2 (QUE CREA): La señora de seguridad de la puerta, un momento antes de ir con Tamara me paró en la puerta porque llevaba el cilindro que iba a reemplazar (y que para ser justos aún no había pagado), este cilindro tiene una bocina que me delataría si intento robarla como se ve en la foto, ella, imagino, que en su deber, me dijo que no podía ir a devoluciones con en nuevo cilindro sin pagar y acto seguido me dijo que lo dejaba en una cesta de compras en la puerta, hasta ahí digamos, que todo regular; puedo entender que quizás son las normas, aunque con la bocina de seguridad que lleva artículo es imposible robarlo. El verdadero problema es que cuando regresé a buscar el cilindro que ella me había quitado y dejado en la cesta, algún trabajador lo había recogido y tuve que ir a buscar otro y esperar que la tendera del departamento atendiera a 2 clientes antes que a mí. Es el tipo de trabajadores que crean problemas. 😡

Hola!compre un cenador que en exposición se veía precioso, de madera con su tela blanca, que cuando entras en la exposición de leroy de adeje tenerife, lo ves a la primera, pues bien, no tenían en tienda ese día, pero nos dijeron que en una semana lo llevarían a casa desde la.orotava, cual es la sorpresa que realmente pasaron dos semanas y cuando nos traen el cenador eran solo palos podridos como se puede ver en la foto, tenían hasta clavos y estab roto por sitios, bien tuvimos que volver a la tienda a reclamar lo que nos había llegado, nos queda a media hora de casa, nos dice la chica que obvio que lo tienen que recoger que no sabe que pasó y llema al compañero de terrazas para que nos valere, si hacer un cambio o devolución, pues si había posibilidad de que estuviera en iguales condiciones no la queríamos y el chico que nos atiende nos dice que es normal, que lijemos las maderas y las barnicemos, perdona esos palos estaban estoy segura de por cómo estaban en la exposición del norte a la intemperie y nos los quisieron encasquetar, pues nada decidimos devolverlos, nos hacen esperar una semana para que nos los recojan y nos dicen que tenemos que volver a la tienda, cuando los hayan recogido para que nos hagan la devolución, recuerdo que nos queda a media hora, bueno pues eso hacemos y cual es nuestra sorpresa cuando no nos devuelven el precio del transporte , pq ese articulo fue llevado por una empresa externa, le dijimos que perdonara que entendíamos que si fuese una devolución pq no nos gusto nos lo cobre, pero es que el material vino defectuoso, pues ni caso, reclamación que no han contestado y 35e pal bolsillo, que les aproveche.muy mal gestión, muy mal .

Hola!compre un cenador que en exposición se veía precioso, de madera con su tela blanca, que cuando entras en la exposición de leroy de adeje tenerife, lo ves a la primera, pues bien, no tenían en tienda ese día, pero nos dijeron que en una semana lo llevarían a casa desde la.orotava, cual es la sorpresa que realmente pasaron dos semanas y cuando nos traen el cenador eran solo palos podridos como se puede ver en la foto, tenían hasta clavos y estab roto por sitios, bien tuvimos que volver a la tienda a reclamar lo que nos había llegado, nos queda a media hora de casa, nos dice la chica que obvio que lo tienen que recoger que no sabe que pasó y llema al compañero de terrazas para que nos valere, si hacer un cambio o devolución, pues si había posibilidad de que estuviera en iguales condiciones no la queríamos y el chico que nos atiende nos dice que es normal, que lijemos las maderas y las barnicemos, perdona esos palos estaban estoy segura de por cómo estaban en la exposición del norte a la intemperie y nos los quisieron encasquetar, pues nada decidimos devolverlos, nos hacen esperar una semana para que nos los recojan y nos dicen que tenemos que volver a la tienda, cuando los hayan recogido para que nos hagan la devolución, recuerdo que nos queda a media hora, bueno pues eso hacemos y cual es nuestra sorpresa cuando no nos devuelven el precio del transporte , pq ese articulo fue llevado por una empresa externa, le dijimos que perdonara que entendíamos que si fuese una devolución pq no nos gusto nos lo cobre, pero es que el material vino defectuoso, pues ni caso, reclamación que no han contestado y 35e pal bolsillo, que les aproveche.muy mal gestión, muy mal .
