Toby Jug — Restaurant in Adeje

Today me and my family came to the pub for a drink and to watch the football, Yesterday myself and my daughter stumbled across the pub and loved it straight away. We had a drink and told him we would be back again to watch the footy.

I arrived with my family and the landlord instantly recognised me. As I said I would be back on the previous day. He noticed straight away that myself and my son had Manchester United shirts on. With the landlord being a Liverpool fan the banter started from the off. (All in good taste). This place was a little taste of home and we throughly enjoyed our time here. Some friendly locals who were Liverpool fans again where throwing banter out way.

I would recommend anyone to go to this little place away from home excellent place to go to and I would highly recommend. Even my son loved his time there as well.

Came to Tenerife for a month, this would have been my local. Asked the barman for a pint in a chilled glass and got a top of his voice rant about why i cant have a chilled glass, he told me he had been there 28 years and i didnt need a chilled glass, all of this at the top of his voice in a five minute appalling rant. My wife walked outside due to his appalling behaviour. You obviously haven't learned a lot about customer service in 28 years. Your attitude stinks, your beer goes flat in a couple of minutes and you charge nearly DOUBLE what any other bar in Tenerife charges. I...

I'd have to give a 3 purely out of the fact it's football and more football, with little else in the form of entertainment. Now don't get me wrong it's a great little spot and has super potential but perhaps not if footie is not your thing. But then I'm not a sports fanatic so I'd walk past anything playing it. But I'd still say pop in here and have a drink it has a certain charm that...
