I'm an experienced Google reviewer and have no reason to lie about my experience.

My wife's iPhone 11 Pro Max screen unexpectedly malfunctioned, and they charged us €140 for a screen replacement, claiming it was due to water damage.

Surprisingly, the screen began to malfunction again in the same manner approximately a week after the so-called "repair."

We returned to the shop but they insisted that the phone must have been exposed to water once more and that we would need to pay for another repair. Despite our attempts to explain that the phone had not come into contact with any water sources, they refused to listen.

Upon our return to the United Kingdom, we promptly took the mobile device to a reputable repair shop. The skilled engineer successfully rectified the issue at a cost of £50. The underlying cause of the issue was determined to be an unsecured cable, resulting in an electrical short circuit. Furthermore, we were assured that the screen remained the original Apple component, as it had not undergone any replacements.

This is not the way to run a business. Absolutely pathetic. Shame on you. Bunch of thieves.

Your reply to my review only confirms that you can not and should not be trusted. My daughter who speaks fluent Spanish attended your shop with me and my wife so there is no chance of any misunderstanding. We were told the screen had been replaced. The phone had no bumps whatsoever. It was not exposed to salt water as you try to fraudulently claim.

At the time when we got back to the shop after the phone again started playing up you stated that the screen will have to be replaced again!!! There was nothing about 3 months warranty whatsoever.

I was very happy with the service. They quickly changed my phone camera which was broken, and just for 85€. No problems, no stress, all smooth. Thanks very much.

For comparation in ANOTHER phone shop/ in Siam Mall/ they tried to charge me double !!!-170€,

was waiting more than a month for parts and then after various times going there and back they told me it COULDNT be fixed so I got my money back. Various days with no phone was very stresfull as using it for my work.

I was so happy and pleased when I came to TODOPHONES and they fixed it so quickly with no problems for half of the price. In previous shop they said it cant be fixed! Just incredible!

And if I go to Siam mall i will make sure I never pass near by the phone shop on the bottom floor as it was dreadful experience and dont want to see them ever again.

Traje mi teléfono hace menos de un mes para cambiar la pantalla, exactamente un iPhone 12 Pro Max. El repuesto, obviamente no original costó 130€ lo que me parece excesivo teniendo en cuenta el precio en otros lugares, pero lo pagué ya que necesitaba el teléfono con urgencia y no conocía ningún otro sitio en el sur donde cambiar la pantalla. El servicio fue rápido, de eso no tengo ninguna queja. Antes del cambio, tenía la pantalla original, siempre lo he tenido con funda, una funda muy resistente y el teléfono se ha caído tropecientas veces y nunca se dañó, de hecho cuando lo llevé no fue porque la pantalla se había roto, sino porque la pantalla se quedó en negro de un momento a otro. Después de que me pusieran la nueva pantalla, usando la misma funda protectora el teléfono se me ha caído dos veces, la primera vez días después de poner la pantalla. Como resultado se dañó completamente la esquina inferior izquierda, y la pantalla se cuarteó desde esa esquina hasta la cámara selfie. La siguiente, hace unos días, la esquina superior derecha. Ahora, la pantalla está destrozada después de poco menos de un mes de cambiarla. He tenido otros móviles de IPhone y me han cambiado la pantalla por pantallas no originales en otros sitios y estas han durado años, por lo que me hace pensar que los repuestos que utilizan son de una pésima calidad y como mucho, una pantalla como la que me han puesto cuesta no más de 20€. No he ido a reclamar nada, pero obviamente no sirve de nada tampoco ya que las roturas de pantalla no están cubiertas en la garantía....
