Good for families with kids under 10, take appropriate footwear. The dolphin show is fantastic. We went in April midweek on a relatively cloudy day and the park was nice and quiet. Prices are better online than in hotels (park gate prices are about 2EUR more than online). You don't have to print the tickets if you download them to your mobile. As per other comments here, the park has clearly had an issue with the building work as the ground covering has gone bad in a number of places. Unlike much of the one star crowd here, it's really not the end of the world, but planning ahead helps. The concrete on the steps to most of the flumes is the biggest problem causing even adults without shoes to hobble. The staff allow you to put flip flops on your hands or arms before riding the flumes. There are lots of rides to suit ages 5-12 when riding with an adult and a number of kids pools suitable for toddlers. There are also a number of rides suitable for the teenage and older crowd, but it's clearly playing catch-up to its competitors. The majority of rides allow for 2 people at a time, though they really should have more 2 rider rubber rings as these were scarcer than the single rider rings and have to be in the interest of everyone as they increase ride capacity. The dolphin show is brilliant. Frankly, it's almost worth the admission price on its own, though I admit I've not seen another before to compare it with. I can't comment on the food, but I would imagine it was just like anywhere else with a captive audience which is why we took a picnic. The other facilities were adequate. Sun loungers were 2EUR for the day when we visited. Hopefully this park will now focus on its strengths and aim towards families with primary school age kids and spend money otherwise tagged for big rides on improving basics like the floor. That said, we had a fantastic day out and recommend it.

Aqualand. 1 take grub in with you! Extortionate...unless you are flush! Supermarket opp baguettes ham cheeses crisps etc affordable and far nicer! Many brought cooler bags drinks sangria meals snacks you won't be alone. 2. Arrive at 9am start to queue they let you inside before 10 normally we didn't and got there at 20 past 9 and queue was longer than we had thought. 3.Save on lockers take one phone and your apartment key and a waterproof phone lanyard also great for water photos and Dolphin show shots! 4. Wear socks.yes socks the floor is so spikey and baking! Saves on buying water shoes bulky also to pack. 4. Sunbeds in reality we never used them despite paying for 2 4euro each. Use a cafe chair and table as your base if your adrenaline families, purchasing a few coffees throughout the day keeps you going also. 5.prebook! 2 ques form right side is unbooked ticket kiosks and left people to scan you in with Barcodes can be shpwn on phone no need to print 6.take frozen 1.5L water bottles they slowly melt through the day and are super refreshing! 7. If you can purchase a waterproof wristband before coming do and marker it with details to fit onto the children in event of getting lost! They donot offer these it gets busy. 8. The dolphin show is fab but gets baking! If you sit under the string sprayers of water mist you'll be cooler they ae the front 4rows. If not take water in hats and a towel to sit on as seats get hot and sun beams down. 9. Take goggles if your eyes are easily irritated when riding 3 slides I started to suffer as its salt water! Definitely go it's a great day kids. Check height restrictions also before going! There is no parent swapping assistance if you have younger ones x

Visited here while on holiday with my sister. We had never been to a water park before so we assumed that safety would be a priority. Firstly when we got there we paid and were let in, we didn’t get told where to go or what we needed to do so we were walking around clueless for the first hour. You have to que up at the bottom of each ride and wait for an inflatable to use on the slides. The first ride we went on was quite dangerous and it was painful when going down so I didn’t really enjoy it, this then put me off going on the rest of them, the lazy river and the dolphins was probably the best experience there. The last ride that we went on looked okay it dropped you into a bowl before going into a pool at the bottom. Firstly going down the slide felt like it was ripping my skin off and then I ended up going head first into the pool. I could not get my head above the water and was clearly panicking, there was a life guard just stood at the bottom watching me struggle to get up, I felt traumatised after this and I will never go on a water slide again because of this experience. We both now wish that we would of gone out of our way to visit Siam park instead because having a look at all the reviews when we returned confirmed that Siam park is much safer. The only reason I have given it 2 stars is because it was a nice place to chill out and the dolphin show was amazing, the dolphins were very happy and were well looked after. We ordered a Fanta lemon while relaxing and I think this must of had a shot worth in and the rest being water, not great for the price that you pay. This place could definitely be improved and a good start would be to have lifeguards that actually do there job.

Me and my Wife visited here at the end of February and went on a Wednesday so it was fairly quiet no queues at all. All round it’s good for families as the rides are fun and there’s a lot of good kid rides. However my experience was sadly let down by the following. The lazy river was very slow and not much going on at all so wouldn't reccomend recommend. If you do go, wear wet shoes as the floors are very gravel like in parts and are rough on the feet. We paid €2.50 each to go into the dolphin museum and what a waste of money! I have never been so shocked in my life to see such a pathetic excuse for a museum, was blatantly a money making scheme as it had no real purpose, bearing in mind their one main policy is that the dolphins are NOT there for any financial gain. We entered to what we thought would be atleast a 10 minute walk around and browse however we were shocked to see that it was just a couple of skeletons, 3 sentences about dolphins and a window to their enclosure. Also one portion of chips was €6 euros if that will give you a rough guide on how ridiculous the prices are, we spent €35 euros on lunch! The dolphin show was good and interaction with the dolphins for €100 euros was great but an extra €20 for the photos on top is pretty steep for most people's pockets. Siam Park is by FAR the better water park and if dolphins is something that appeals to you I recommend the show at Loro Parque, but only here can you get in the water and touch the dolphins up close with photos if you really have your heart set on it. A very enjoyable day out nonetheless.

I took my 6 years old to waterpark first time. First of all, it is really cold there, at some point I had to put clothes on, I mean it is freazing and I am from North Europe. Not single pool is heated. Some part suitable for younger kids was under construction, there was no information on home page, when we brought tickets. My daughter was little afraid, so we wanted to check what could we do together. One part with nice slides was only children allowed, which meant that first time we couldn't do it together and she was too afraid to try alone. I asked could I just show her or go to the one next to hers and the guard said no. This was quite stupid as the pipes were grown up size and there were no other people what so ever in that part of the park. She needed little support but I was told no. I understand this rule in case there are many people, but we were the only people there. Such a shame. There were some smaller slides, very rusty and little water, so it scratched you ( in turn these smaller ones didn't have any restrictions, but well... they had seen better days). Adult slides were 120 cm +. So tehnically my daugher (127 cm) could go together with me ( like flying floats), but I tested few alone and they were not suitable for 6 years old. Food was expensive and just burger/fries/nuggets. Dolphin show was nice, but there is no roof and unfortunately in started to rain like I have not seen here before, had to leave in middle as we both were soaking wet and freezing. From positive side: no people and nice ( wild birds).

Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing visit! Much like the siam Park a week ago, even though the siam Park had nice warm water, it was far too crowded and busy. This was the opposite! Freezing cold water but pretty much empty and for good reason! Most of the young children's areas were closed for maintenance, so virtually nothing for under 120cm to do! We booked online, and this was not mentioned on the website or when we arrived at the entrance. When we left the park about 90 minutes after entering and having 1 trip around the lazy river I complained at the entrance, and we were then shown a tiny little notice in the corner of a window hardly visible about the closed areas! Disgusting how they can charge a full price ticket when a large area is closed for young kids, this is the only reason we went. Then, a female member of staff had the cheek to try and charge you extra for sunbeds! 4 euros for a front row seat and 2 euros for any others. We kept getting harrased to pay whilst my children sat and tried to eat their lunch, which I refused to and said we were leaving once they had eaten! This park had supposed to be refurbished in the last few years and not to a good standard! Freezing cold water, which is far too cold for toddlers and lots of broken walkways and footpaths, which, if not wearing footwear, could easily injure or cut your feet on. Even the jacuzzi area water was freezing cold! Avoid!
