Restaurante Las Nasas en Agaete — Restaurant in Agaete

During our fantastic holiday in Gran Canaria we also visited restaurant Las Nasas. We had opted for salad "Las Nasas". A salad with prawns, papaya, cherry tomatoes, salmon and crispy noodles for € 12,90. After 1.5 hours of waiting, the salad was served on a dirty table. Unfortunately without tomatoes and crispy noodles. The salad consisted of 90% green lettuce with 3 shrimps (with intestinal tract) papaya and some salmon. Looking around I saw the owner deliver a Cerveza with his finger in the glass. Another customer had a hair in his fries. Around us were at least 20 uncleared tables. Apparently this restaurant is cutting back on staff costs. The waiter ran around like a headless chicken. Many customers complained about wrongly charged costs. Likewise with us. This is the worst restaurant I have encountered in years. I strongly advise against this restaurant and rate it with only 1 star (can't go any lower). It is better to check with the neighbours. Wanted to have a meal at the terasse and chose this one because it was right on the beach. One of the worst restaurants ever!!! The waitress quite rude ( bumped my chair couple of times, hit me in the elbow passing by me and not even an apology). If you can't speak Spanish don't bother going there. Could not stand still 1 sec because of the flies ( which I found very unhygienic). They do not bother cleaning much ( napkins and food on the floor). They brought us bread and charged us for it even though we never asked. We had the paella - worst paella ever - dry, flavor-less, the pepper was very bitter, clams tasted funny, fish was very dry. The service was execrable. Left as soon as we eat enough not be be hungry anymore. There are a lot of other restaurants to chose from - this one was the worst choice ever. Never ever...

Horrible experience. do not attempt to come here!!!

Food was absolutely the worst I have ever seen inn the Canaris and not even canarian potatoes were cooked properly or any good and that says it all...

Squid was so small and so raw that it was impossible to eat. The fish soup scent and taste was more for like a street cat than a human being. Salad had some funny sauce that made it inedible unless you had a hard stomach. Croquetas were bitter..... and even bread was absolutely just nor right.

You would think that the staff or the place itself would make up for the disgusting food, but no, we were sweating at all times and the staff was super rude to us from beginning to end.

We basically could not eat what was served and left almost all on the table.
