STAY AWAY!!!

Horrible experience, would never come back, or recommend it to anyone. Went there for a lunch date, trying to impress my friend, with a nice located and good appearance place. But it was just that. Wednesday at around 3 o'clock, the places was I would say 50% full, by the time we ordered.

My friend with a strong fish allergy asks for some starters without it, poor and unprofessional answers like ; you can get only "Bravas". Checking on the allergens we found out that the "ensaladilla rusa" wasn't served without fish according to the menu allergens colours. Asked the waiter and he not only did not know what is the "ensaladilla" served with, it took him 17mn to find out that it was served with fish. Finally we managed to get a salad without the seafood, avocado instead, and 2 burgers, one without tomato sauce. 35 Minutes for 1 big tomato chopped in 6 slices, 5 olives and half avocado, and at that point is where it started to be a true mess. The burger that we ordered for mains arrives literally 2 mn after getting the salad, both of them served the same one ( one was supposed to be without tomato sauce), as soon as I get it I mentioned the fact that the salad is still on the table, and that burgers are both the same. Waiters answer; Must be the chef they do what they want, and left. Not willing to make a fuss, we just had a cold burger with hard cold chips, while waiting 20 minutes for the second round of drinks, first time they serve you bottle beer, then draft, they just assume what you are drinking and get you what they think. Finally I asked for the bill and the waiters name, really disappointed. Ended my experience receiving one of the WORST answers I have been told ever. " What do you need my name for? I don't say may name to anyone you never know who you are talking with... After trying to get a manager or supervisor, apparently he was off, obviously. I politely expressed my disappointment not getting any response apart from Cash or Card?

As already said, horrible experience, really uncomfortable situation here. Nos solutions, no actions taken... I would spend hundreds of euros in good food anywhere, but here. Don't go in, safe your time,...

We tried to do a reservation, but we did not mange to get through, so we decided to take a chance and walked 30 min along the beach from our Hotel Les Arenas Resort. We arrived around 14:00 where the lunch time starts here. Some tables in the sub were available, but one in the shade was reserved. So we asked again and the second waiter then talked options with the reception lady and found a solution inside, short after we got the table, we were asked if we want to change outside in the shade, what we did. When I visited the restrooms, I saw there is a huge inside room and an even bigger outside seating in the in yard, this time the in yard seating was covered in a tent. Typical guests were local families and groups of friends among few tourists. Very good and tasty local food! The more people you are the more different dishes I recommend to order and share! At the beach for Lunch, that is the time and place to enjoy Paella ! All the food was amazing tasty and we had a good time with friendly fast service to a moderate price! You could call this a place to feel cosy and welcome, somewhat lively, chaotic and with a lot of laughing - like family home! We come back again. It's about traditional, very tasty dishes and authentic...

The location is truly beautiful: spacious, well-maintained, and surrounded by greenery. On a sunny day like today, the outdoor area was especially pleasant—nicely shaded and very comfortable.

The staff was definitely a highlight: friendly, polite, and professional. It's something we don’t see often these days, and it really stood out.

Unfortunately, the downside was the paella. We ordered 10 portions for 9 people on purpose, thinking we’d enjoy a bit more, but it ended up being quite disappointing. The quantity didn’t seem proportionate, and the overall flavor was underwhelming.

As for dessert: the cheesecake was good—fresh and enjoyable—but the whipped cream was served warm, which took away from the experience. The chocolate fondant was cold in the center, which is a shame, as it’s a dessert meant to have a warm, gooey core.

All in all, the price-to-quality ratio wasn’t the best. The setting and service were excellent, but the food—at least in our experience—left something...
