Let’s start with the only good thing: the female waitress. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and the only person who made this visit feel remotely welcoming. Big shoutout to her—she’s doing her best in a place that clearly doesn’t care much about customer experience.
Now, the rest…
I ordered a burger, and honestly, it was a 5/10. Not terrible, but totally lacking in flavor. The beef tasted cheap, definitely not Black Angus as you’d expect for 15€. The fries were nearly cold, and they were so heavily salted it felt like biting into a salt shaker. Oh, and the ketchup? Cheap, watery, fake stuff—for those prices, at least serve Heinz.
I thought dessert might redeem the meal, but the apple pie was just as bad: dry, bland, and forgettable—a 4/10 if I’m being generous.
But the worst part of all: no one told me about any time limit or upcoming reservations when I was seated. Then, at 18:45, just after I ordered dessert, a male waiter comes over and slaps a “19:00 reservation” sign on my table. No explanation, just a clear “get out in 15 minutes” vibe. It was rude, rushed, and totally unprofessional.
This place is a tourist money machine—high prices, mediocre food, and no respect for guests. They’re just cycling people through as fast as they can.
I genuinely wish I could get a refund—I wasted 30€ on this disappointing experience. The food, the attitude, the way it ended—it all left a bad taste. Only the kind female waitress saves this from being a...

Reposting this with pictures of payment receipt of part payment, earlier review post and La Más Bonita’s response.
Dear La Más Bonita team, an apology and rectifying the incident would have been enough. The fact that you went on to lie now really makes me want to pursue racism complaint against you. Look forward to seeing you in the courts/police/whatever is the avenue that the law in Spain allows.

Want racism served on a platter! La más bonita is the place.
Ate good food, paid 92 euros combined between 4 people, went to use the toilet, one of the waiter stopped the only brown girl in the restaurant, and didn’t ask her if she was a client or the toilet was reserved for clients. But yelled at her for using the toilets! Only after saying that i had eaten in the restaurant , he allowed me to use the toilet. Also 3 white girls just walked in and to the toilet (not sure if they were clients), but nobody was stopped.
I felt humiliated and teared up, and then realised the shame was on the waiter who stopped me and everyone else who just starred (including other staff). Happened today (26th July, 2025 at about 2:30 p.m.). Please verify CCTV cameras.
I held on to the discriminatory behaviour all day long (till 19:59 p.m.), and chose to share my story.

Read more3rd time going there last night as I like to give the benefit of the doubt but it cannot be a coincidence that on those 3 occasions staff were rude and condescending, telling us harshly to go and sit rather than order at the til (adding a poster explaining that might help!??), my friends apparently had similar cold experiences last week so I wonder why employees show such an angry attitude. It wasn’t rush hour but they showed no interest nor apologised when we mentioned our table’s (outside left corner) QR code was faulty (surely we can’t have been the first customers to struggle & mention it as we tried on 3 different phones but none of the waiters warned us ) , service was a bit slow but we were finishing a birthday evening so we didn’t mind waiting. We chose cakes and coffees and some take away as the cakes are nice (as they should be at over 7e a piece, prices are not shown in the display cabinet anymore, QR code top right but don’t stay there too long deciding or you will be scolded by the waiters!). All in all I’m personally disappointed as the decor is pretty but staff attitude always ruins...
