Quick to take drinks and food order, however waiting for dirty plates to be taken away and our dessert order to be taken was really bad. Took over 30 minutes for waiter to take dessert order even tho asked passing waitress twice! Was ready to ask for bill and go by this time. Managed to get another waiters attention to order and asked for bill at same time. Had to ask again for bill. Kids pizza and tex mex ribs were nice the children enjoyed those. My mixed grill wasnt enjoyable much. Pork was undercooked and chewy, sausage didnt taste great and was expecting vegetables, but got salad. Tapas options were bigger than expected. Ham was very chewy, not enjoyable. But potatoes and dip were lovely. Would of stayed longer and ordered cocktails but trying to get attention of anyone was really hard work. I overheard a few other customers complaining about the long wait for someone to take their orders and drinks too. Ended up paying at bar rather than sitting waiting further. Spent over €98 on 2 rounds drinks, 3 mains, child's meal & 2 ice...

If you’re looking for a culinary nightmare, Palmitos is the perfect place. I honestly don’t know how this place is still open. The food tasted like it was made by someone who resents both cooking and people. My “grilled chicken” was somehow both dry and undercooked – a true paradox of disappointment. The side of vegetables? I wouldn’t feed that to a rabbit. Bland, soggy, and clearly frozen.

The pasta came swimming in an oily mess, with a sauce that tasted like regret and dishwater. It’s the kind of meal that makes you reconsider your life choices… and maybe start fasting.

Service was decent, but I almost felt bad for the waiter having to serve such disasters on a plate. He looked like he wanted to apologize with his eyes.

Do yourself a favor – walk past this place and never look back. Or better yet, eat literally...

Very disappointed with this restaurant. When we arrived, we were greeted by someone vaguely gesturing at the half empty restaurant seemingly to indicate we could sit where we wanted. The waiter (Roberto) harassed us for our order twice in quick succession then proceeded to ignore us for the rest of our stay. The woman (Vicky) who cleared the table was cold to the point of unfriendliness and didn’t ask us whether we wanted anything else or check how our meal was. We were told our child’s meal included an ice cream, nobody offered this. The food itself was average for the price. My pizza cost €17 and was essentially an extremely unremarkable margharita pizza with some rocket, Parmesan and Serrano ham dumped on top. There’s a few other restaurants within walking distance which are much more worthy...
