A very disappointing experience - DO NOT USE! KFC claim their secret chicken coating recipe is the same the world over: whichever country you visit, KFC is exactly the same as your local store. What utter nonsense! The two large baskets of fried chicken we ordered for our group were nothing like the traditional seasoning KFC boast about. The coating was more like a batter than a seasoning -;fatty, soggy and tastless. Our chicken was inedible and I will never use KFC outside the UK again. Worst customer service experienced not going back. we each ordered dessert called gofre We all bought this for 3 consecutive days as it tasted delicious. Never again because after the 3rd day due to awful customer service. The manager and staff where changing the prices up and down and changing the way it was served though those 3 days...everytime we confronted them regarding this they would pretend not to understand also everytime we walked In they all stared at us like aliens, frowning and not smiling at all like we about bomb the place. Actualizo reseña: Me gusta mucho KFC pero le pongo dos estrellas por la falta de pollo original en el menú. Siempre pido lo mismo y siempre tengo que esperar porque no lo tienen hecho pues según dicen no se vende. Me parece muy bien que saquen nuevos productos y les hagan promoción pero bajo mi punto de vista como cliente habitual de KFC es que tienen que tener hechos todos los productos que ofrecen y no hacer esperar a un cliente más de 20 minutos,(aparte del tiempo de espera habitual) para poder adquirir su menú (suele ocurrir al solicitar el pollo original) Si no se vende que lo descatalogen y ya decidirá el cliente si volver por otros productos o no.

🤦‍♀️ Vuelvo a editar reseña y bajo estrellas pues este local parece empeorar por momentos. El local muy sucio y el personal mal organizado pues para no haber muchos clientes tardaron en servir a los cuatro que estábamos esperando. Lo malo a añadir es que con esta ya me ha pasado dos veces de hacer un pedido para llevar y encontrarme el pollo muy hecho por fuera y sequisimo por dentro, además de salado. Sospecho que lo sirven recalentado y esta última vez era incomible. Las patatas no parecían patatas pues además de frías estaban blandas y "vacías" por dentro. No volví al restaurante a devolverlo por distancia y falta de tiempo pero la próxima pondré una queja formal personalmente. Quisiera saber ¿que pasó con la patata crujiente de años atrás? ¿Donde está el pollo de calidad que se saboreaba desde el primer bocado? Quiero creer que no es problema de la franquicia pues hace un mes comí el Kentucky de playa de Palma y estaba delicioso.
