Davy's Food & Drinks I Restaurante - Cafetería — Restaurant in Alcúdia

Went out for a meal with my family. Seen that the restaurant had good reviews and thought we should go. What actually happened was we arrived down for breakfast and waited so long to order that the breakfast wasnt available so we ordered 3 sandwiches,nachos and fries as well as drinks. Our drinks came out after 15 mins. Eventually after more than an hour after we sat down our fries were brought out. Followed a while after the nachos were brought which were wrong. Still no sandwiches. After my father sought out the waitress we returned the nachos and asked about the sandwiches which they had forgotten. Claiming that they were busy. The bathroom were disgusting uncleaned and no toilet paper. It took multiple try’s to pay the bill for the drinks and fries. We were left for an hour while everyone surrounding us got served. As we left we were told by a couple who were also at the restaurant they had a similar experience. They said the restaurant appeared to be creating fake reviews to bump their business. Absolutely horrible experience....

Popped in as our children were getting too hot in the sun, so thought we would stop for a drink and order a taxi back to our hotel. We tried to order cocktails and spiced rum but they were unavailable and we found something else to have and also decided on some Davy Nachos. The food was delicious, however the staff front of house looked miserable. No one smiled, no one asked if our food was okay, in fact my partner asked them if they were okay! We would of had more drinks if the staff created a happier environment. Such a shame as the chef must have been working their socks off behind the scenes and the waiter and waitresses looked so unhappy in their job. I walked 20 minutes just to try their poke bowls, and I was really looking forward to it! When I arrived, there were only two other customers. Despite this, it took 20 minutes before I was even handed a menu. Then, more people came in and had their orders taken while I was completely ignored. After waiting another 20 minutes with no one acknowledging me, I decided to leave. The service was incredibly disappointing, especially with so few customers around.
