Faborit Alcobendas — Restaurant in Alcobendas

This has been one of my best experiences at Faborit. The staff are friendly and helpful and there seems to be a good atmosphere in the team, which renders a great customer experience. I had a salmon wrap, a fruit and nut bar and a Mangajo Lemon & Green Tea drink. We were quite disappointed with the “SMOOTHIES “ that we got today...IT WAS ACTUALLY A JUICE with lot of orange juice and advertised as a Smoothie...THEY need to learn how to make smoothies with REAL FROZEN FRUIT!!!...The waiter tried to rectify but didn’t know how to do it!!...NO...

Cada vez, echan menos comida a los platos. Desde que han cambiado los envases, si pides ensalada para llevar, te quedarás con hambre en nada. Y, además, escatiman muy mucho en las salsas: antes, podías eligir dos; ahora, una y ojo que poquita. La última vez que pedí ensalada (pasta, espinacas, brócoli, batata y quinoa) un ingrediente se peleaba con el otro para ganar la batalla de cual sabía menos. De verdad, cuando estuve ingresada en el hospital, la comida sabía mucho mejor - tuve la suerte de no necesitar dieta blanda. Se quedan con eso de las salsas y aliños, pero es que no cocinarán los productos ni siquiera con un poco de sal y aceite!
