I would highly recommend not to come here, we went to eat in the evening and we were there at 8am just as they were opening up, it was a Sunday so was on the more expensive price, which is certainly not worth it. The food looks nice very nicely presented but never judge a book by it's cover as they say. We choose some starters and half of it was cold to Luke warm, how on earth is this possible when they have just opened ? And nothing at all states what it is, so basically it's just guess work as to what you are eating, so if you have an allergy or cant eat certain food do NOT come here. We then went on to the raw food where they cook it for you so you know it's hot, again none of the food is marked up as to what it is, why not ? The chef cooking ours looked moody, and dirty looking no gloves on for dealing with people's good, we had the BBQ and he was mixing fish with meat, then dissapered and then came back to cook a wok fish and then finally decided to deal with our food, yo which it had stuck to the BBQ and was part burned on one side and raw on the other, I had also had a plate of noodles and by the time it was cooked had gone cold and the staff said there is a microwave to heat food up, I took my noodles there and when i opened the door it was filthy and fully of split food, so I just threw the noodles in the bin. How can a restaurant serve food not hot Why can the staff have a not bothered attitude You go out for a meal and expect at least the food to be hot, also they had a sitting in the morning, is the left over food kept and reheated ? As some of the chicken certainly tasted that way and rubbery
That night I had a upset stomach, yes from both ends, does Spain not have food standards, do they not go round checking the food quality.
If I was the owners I would certainly start to read the reviews on here and do something about it as it could be a really good restaurant if it was run properly, and yes I have been to a lot of buffet restaurants and they have served hot food and all the food has been marked up so you know what you have been eating, this is something they really need to do soon as with all the allergies people have these days they certainly wouldn't want a serious problem on their hands. I gladly say I will not be returning ever to...
Read moreI have been here before and the first time was good, the second time was not good, this was before the Dana, the food was cold and tasted like it wasn't fresh. Now 9 months after the Dana and my friend surprised me with a meal out, I was very optimistic about going here due to the past, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The food is still cold in the starter section, obviously the owners don't read their reviews and don't want to improve their restaurant, I choose the chicken wings and some pastry starters and they were cold, if you go out to a resturante and order a meal and it comes cold, you send it back, I told a waiter and he said there is a microwave, do you not understand you are NOT supposed to reheat chicken !!!!!! I thought I would go to the raw meat section as you know it's going to be hot, well there were flies on it and it didn't smell very fresh either, so I past on that, OKs let's go for the puddings, profitarols, these are choux pastry with cream inside, well they were frozen. I really don't know how this restaurant has good reviews. What made the whole experience worse was when we had finished a waiter came over and gave us a Google review scan board, if you give us a review you get a free shot, well he stood over my friend and he actually touched her phone to have 5 stars and submitted it, the review he said was one each so only he got the shot, what !!!!!! He decided not have the shot we paid and left and he deleted the review once out of there, this place is unbelievable. We went later on in the week to another buffet and the difference is amazing, hot food. Maybe you need to learn the basics of...
Read moreThis place is nearly unreviewable, but I’ll try. Let’s start with the few good parts (which won’t take long).
Surprisingly, the best part of this restaurant is the customers — yes, the customers! They’re kind and respectful, which helps create a decent atmosphere. Some aspects are just average, like the pre-cooked dishes and the dessert section. It also includes a drink, which is a small plus.
Now let’s get to the main reason I gave it a 1/5.
First of all, hygiene is a disaster. The dishes aren’t even properly washed — it’s disgusting to grab a plate and find it greasy or with food residue on it. The overall cleanliness of the place is extremely questionable.
Then, there’s the Argentinian grill. It’s possibly the worst setup I’ve ever seen. You have to take your raw meat, hand it to a staff member (who, frankly, looks like he hates his job — and I don’t blame him), and then wait about 10 minutes for it to cook. The problem is, it’s unbearably hot in that area, so standing there is uncomfortable. But if you don’t wait, chances are you’ll lose your food — everything’s cooked on the same grill, with no system to keep orders separate. So unless you hover over the grill, your dish may end up going to someone else.
The water? Horrible. It tastes like sewer water — no exaggeration.
Let’s not forget the sushi. It honestly looked like a plain rice ball. When you compare it to proper sushi from actual sushi restaurants, it’s almost laughable. It’s like they just gave up halfway and hoped no one would notice.
And to top it all off, one of my friends vomited after the meal. That says it all.
Awful experience. Definitely not...
