Gorgeous ambiance with much intention in its structure and design. Only design flaw is subjective- I wish the plants were real and less obviously appealing to taking pictures and posting on social media. Appetizers were divine- croquettas were a hit and the whole fried crab with kimchi mayo was very fresh and unique, although the kimchi mayo was unfortunately underwhelming. Paella was too salty, but for good reason according to the waiter; apparently, the way it is cooked with fresh seafood can easily oversalt the dish. The alioli was far too heavy with garlic, but this seemed intentional. Desserts were delicious, although as I am a brownie fan, the brownie was not as fudgy or rich as I would have hoped. What an amazing restaurant! We had our anniversary dinner on a Tuesday night, and EVERYTHING was perfect from the very first minute. The space design has a modern romantic vibe. The waiting team was so professional, kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. We are both not eating meat, so we had vegetable tempura, mushrooms asparagus and sundried tomato's risotto, and the chef was really kind to make us a big portion of grilled fresh king prawns from Santa Pola. Everything was delicious, and the risotto actually surprised us, was REALLY tasty (you can see from the picture that we were too excited and we forgot to take a picture as we jumped on it and start eating it 😄). Buena comida, buen servicio, mal trato. Dentro del local el aire no proporciona el suficiente confort, le falta un punto de frío. La comida estaba buena y el servicio fue ágil y atento, muy educados. El punto final no tiene sentido. Que después de pagar 60 euros por cabeza discutan contigo porque has pedido unos chupitos que no has pagado, cuando el camarero ha ido preguntado uno a uno, ya yéndote del local y con la cuenta pagada, reteniendo tu marcha, qué quieres tomar, es un detalle muy feo, que se arregla diciendo invita la casa y disculpad las molestias. En mi vida en un local, tras pagar la cuenta, me han preguntado qué licor me apetece, para después cobrármelo. Hay que mejorar la atención al cliente.

Edito para contestar a la respuesta del local, que viene después. "David no ofreció invitación". No he afirmado eso, si contestan cosas que yo no he dicho, mal vamos. He escrito "ha ido preguntado uno a uno, ya yéndote del local y con la cuenta pagada". Insisto en que nos estábamos yendo y un camarero viene a preguntar qué queremos tomar. Concretamente yo no había pedido nada y me dieron a elegir entre dos tipos de licores, como hacen en cualquier sitio cuando alguien deja buena cuenta, que le ofrecen algo fuera de la cuenta, que además ya estaba pagada. Qué sentido tendrá que paguemos, nos estemos yendo y nos retengan para preguntarnos qué tomamos y nos lo cobren. Un cliente dijo que "él se hacía cargo de las consumiciones". ¿De qué consumiciones se habla aquí, si nos estábamos yendo y acabábamos de pagar? ¿De las que nos preguntó el camarero que qué tomábamos? Porque nadie pidió nada, nos preguntaron a todos y nos dieron a elegir entre un licor u otro. Eso no es pedir nada, eso es que me ofrezcan. Ahora, provocar esa discusión por 30 euros, después de gastar 1.200 y poniendo como excusa que alguien tenía una tarjeta de crédito, pues dice bastante de la actitud del propietario y de su mala visión de negocio y don de gentes. Perder 30 miserables euros (mucho menos porque ocho chupitos no le cuestan eso al restaurante) te hace quedar como un señor.
