Went here for my birthday because I love good meat. Ordered 500g dry aged sirloin but was told the minimum I could order was 1 kg but that he would ask the kitchen. He came back and said they could offer a 650g, which I accepted, cooked rare. The others ordered different things, one of them a striploin, medium rare.

When it came in, it was with a gigantic bone and cut up in strips. (Later turned out the bone was part of the weight I paid for.)

Didn't look like a sirloin but I thought it might be some local version with visual garnish (bone). Started eating and it was not rare, it was more rare than bleu. Alright, very hungry, I kept going for a little while, but it quickly got too fat-rich with over 50% of each strip being fat that I went over to him (didn't see me waving) and told that this is not a sirloin, it's a different cut. He admitted that it was but couldn't answer why he didn't bring me the sirloin I ordered. Finally he offered me a sirloin, which I accepted and got some 15 mins later, also more rare than bleu but which I ate.

My daughter's striploin was rare, close to bleu and very, very tough. My wife's piece of breaded meat was ok according to her.

So in summary, they are confused on the meat we ordered even when pointing in the menu when doing so and the kitchen doesn't know their temperatures.

Sinceramente me da verguenza hacer este tipo de reseñas , pero la incomodidad que he pasado hoy en este lugar es increíble. A las 19hs hicimos una reserva con mi marido para las 21.15, al llegar a este sitio que no estaba muy concurrido nos piden que esperemos fuera porque no tenían montada la mesa. Se acercó un camarero muy simpático y educado que nos tomó las bebidas, fue el mismo quien nos tomó los entrantes una empanada de carne y una tabla criolla. Luego se acercó otro camarero, cuando solo había llegado a la mesa la empanada, para preguntarnos por los segundos, le dijimos que aún no lo sabíamos y cuando se va de la mesa hace un comentario desubicado de que nos apuremos porque cerraba la cocina... a lo que miro la hora y eran las 21.40 ya desde ahí empecé a sentirme incómoda, con la sensación de que ya tenía que irme, cuando recién habíamos llegado.. a los 5min se volvió a acercar y volvió a hacer la misma pregunta, le consulte en que horario cerraba la cocina y su respuesta fue "ahora, a las 23hs" con lo que ya bastante molesta le contesté que quería esperar a que me llegue el otro entrante para ver la cantidad y saber que pedir. Fue él mismo quien nos entregó la tabla criolla, le pedimos una hamburguesa uruguaya y un chivito, nos miró de una manera extraña y se fue (sin preguntarnos por el punto de la carne , ni nada por el estilo). Nos trajo los segundos, la hamburguesa que comió mi marido estaba demasiado hecha para su gusto, pero ya no dijimos nada , no teníamos bebida y no fue capaz de preguntar si queríamos algo más, ni mayonesa para las patatas, nada. Para rematar todo, pedimos la cuenta, nos cobran con tarjeta, muy indignados decidimos no dejar propina. Al levantarnos de la mesa el camarero que ya había sido muy desagradable nos saluda, nosotros le devolvemos el saludo de manera seca y cuando salimos por la puerta tuvo la caradurez de decirnos "miss simpatias". Mi marido ya cansado volvió a entrar y su compañero le estaba diciendo que se callara, nosotros le dijimos que ya nos había hablado mal en la mesa y que era un maleducado. Lamento muchísimo que tengan a gente así trabajando cuando hay tanta gente sin empleo. Lo único que puedo resaltar es la atención del otro camarero el primero, lo único que sabemos es que era de Rosario, y en la cuenta decía...

Is totally innapropiate to tell you "I'm gonna need to ask the manager if you're allowed for dessert because it's 14:45".....Outrageous! These people will kick you out at 3pm in order to allow the second group of guest to sit. Do I need to mention the place was like 70% full? Day was very hot, we couldn't sit inside because "sorry, too much smoke and we don't have ventilation"; we couldn't ask for mollejas because "they just arrived and they take time"...., like we care about time, we can order other stuff in the meantime.
