I went with my family, my sister Martina made a review and the owner is saying it’s a “fake review” and that it didn’t occur. It did. The service was simply horrible and the place was extremely expensive. 8€ for montaditos is foul. The treatment we received was horrible and simply crude. We had asked for a simple explanation on a dish and the server simply repeated the name of the dish with a rude attitude and no further explanation on what the dish was and what it had. After her foul attitude, we had asked for the bill because nothing in the menu had convinced us due to the fact that it was far too expensive for its quality, she was extremely rude and disrespectful about it, she said we wasted a table for nothing although she quite literally had no other tables and was doing absolutely nothing. I’m a customer, wether or not I go and consume something as small as a coffee, I should be allowed to and treated with respect. The fact that the restaurant is claiming this is fake proves that this place ins dishonest and clearly is aware of their faults but refuses to do anything about this. I bet the only reason this place has good reviews is due to the fact that they delete the bad ones or simply claim they’re lies. If you look at my sister’s account you can see all her reviews are pure honesty. If she finds a place that’s good and has good service she will say so. But when a place is clearly overpriced with low quality service she states it how it is, maybe not as politically correct as she should but she is honest.

Read moreVery disappointed with the visit. It's a second visit here whereas the first time I decided not to leave the review which wouldn't be good either. To the point, delay with taking order. Delay with offering drinks. People coming in later being served earlier. Towards the end when our last plate arrived we announced that we had to leave urgently because of our 5 month old daughter started to bleed from her mouth due to recent operation. We asked for the bill. When politely asked not to be charged for the last plate which was on the table for few seconds and we didn't even touch, they refused and said they can only pack it to go. I guess due to the urgency of the situation they could have easily remove it from the bill, especially that it was a plate that could have easily be given to someone else that order it and we notified them about leaving on its arrival. Other than that, everything greasy, overpriced and overcrowded. Going out with a stroller was a nightmare so will not recommend for people with kids. We will not be going back even though we are from this area. And to other people, there are much better restaurants nearby with better service and better value for money. All in all, other than a good looking local, it is far from being a...
Read moreOverall, this is a decent restaurant—some dishes are great, some not so much. Nothing particularly special. However, what really stood out was the service, and not in a good way.
The waitstaff openly discussed us in the third person while standing right next to us, talking to another waitress. That was just bizarre. Yes, our Spanish isn’t perfect, but that doesn’t mean we don’t understand anything.
We ordered several dishes, including paella, which was terribly oversalted and practically inedible. When we mentioned this to the waitress, instead of handling the situation professionally, she started rude and loud arguing with us in Spanish, insisting that it wasn’t the case, because she had told us something about specific of this dish before we ordered. But actually she knows that our Spanish is not fluent and my previous point shows that quite clear. Apparently, their word is final.
In the end, we just wasted €40 because we had no interest in engaging in this ridiculous back-and-forth, nor did we want to ruin our mood even further. I truly hope this restaurant invests more time in training its staff.
If you’re looking for better service, I’d recommend the Indian restaurant Bharat...
