What a great find! There are many cafes in Alicante and many serve tasty breakfast. I was lucky to stay close to this one where the service was super quick, the waiters super nice, chatty talking to everyone entering the place. They knew what some of them wanted before they ordered. They have a nice selection of pastries, make delicious sandwiches and have freshly squeezed...

Local bakery with outside seating. I had an apricot juice and 3 small empanadas on first visit as a late lunch and chocolate cake with coffee on my second visit. Both times I sat inside as all seats outside taken. They do bread, cakes, crepes as well as hot and cold drinks. A nice place which I found a little escaped from the tourist spots. Friendly atmosphere and great service. If you wanna go for a coffee, I'd highly recommend this place. Not a lot of tourists visit, but you can see the locals hang out. That's a good sign...
