We were a group of four on a Saturday night without reservation while it was raining, so the place was packed because everyone who was sitting outside had to be rearranged inside and everyone on the streets was looking for a place to eat/drink inside. We asked if they had a table for 4 and they told us it would be about 15-20min waiting time. Since we didn’t want to get any more wet then we already were, we waited. After about 15 min we got a table and ordered three pizzas and one plate of pasta. The plate of pasta arrived about 10min earlier than the pizza (which they apologised for, the reason being that everybody was ordering Pizza). The pizza arrived and it was good but not great, we could see that it had been made with haste and the toppings were only thrown on top. I still want to give 4 stars because the pizza usually is great at least when there is not much going on. So I recommend trying this place on a calmer night...

I think this has been one of the worst experiences in my life for poor service. I am alone on this trip & I might as well have been invisible after my order was taken. When my pasta came to the table there was no offer of parmesan or pepper so I had to wait to catch someone's eye. It did not help that I was tucked away in a corner & being disabled it is not easy to jump up and get attention. The pasta dish itself was acceptable but nothing extraordinary. After the plate was cleared no one came to ask me if I would like anything else - a dessert or even a coffee. The only time I seemed to get attention was after I had asked for rhe bill & they kept coming back to see if I had paid. I had read good reviews about this restaurant but I certainly will never darken...

I have eaten here twice and overall the service is very good, super friendly and attentive, however, the last time I ate here, three out of my four friends ended up getting sick with symptoms related to food poising. Two of them had seafood and the other had a dish with cheese and bread. I hade a vegan dish and the other friend—who did not get sick—had a salad. The first time I ate here I found a small piece of meat on my vegan pizza but I brushed it off because I know when you trust a restaurant to prepare you’re food it’s important to understand that cross contamination is likely to happen. I don’t know if maybe they just got some bad seafood or if there was cross contamination, I would love to recommend this restaurant but my experiences have not been...
