Diferens Altea — Restaurant in Altea

Tok take away some meet dish. But i onley eat half. restaurant and ordered pasta with prawns with an exceptional staff that was nice, the prawns was really good prawns. Then i took takeaway again and I had problem with my my throat after a cold so i asked for not spicy dish... when i came home it was ekstra spicy and i couldn't eat other then the prawns. The pasta burned down my throat i ended up on toilet puking. Thats really bad for a restaurant when you order takeaway they dont get complaints!!! I think the chef just made for more then one and didn't care about my condition since i had to go home and eat.... now i whent up to La Brisa and got a perfect meal with a supernice owner 🤩

Second time i was here I bougt a Char Ciu and it was a taste of heaven with really good service and the price was affordable. You will not regret eating here. I heard aboat one complaint aboat the samon but the same person sitt beside me now and ordered the same and loving it 😍 it sounds like she haveing sex with all the mmmm mmmm...

The reason I give 1* is that terrible system with QR-codes. It takes a lot of time, is difficult to scroll on your little screen, creates much irritation and ruins the atmosphere between guests.

Why don't you provide a traditional menu-card for people who request for this ? And how do you want elderly people to find out what to order ?

You are making it maybe easy for yourself but that's not my understanding of how it should be in the leisure-industry. You should be comforting your clients, not the other way around.

So, your next step will be that clients have to wash their own dishes after they've paid ?

Maybe you think you're smart by saving costs this way but I can assure you it works out the opposite - a lot of highly irritated clients not coming back next time and not ordering additional items from the ''card''.

Altea- Diferens: Find This at the on the beachfront. On the beach road to Altea. By the fishing harbour roundabout... Plenty of parking across the road by the harbour. Good regular food, salads and drinks. Hamburgers made on the premises with fresh meat. Simple but freshly made and a lovely taste. Try and get an outside table. Worth waiting for it. Either Day or night. Menu Spanish/ Euro. Salads are incredibly large and very good value. Please. Please. In summer have a Mojito. $5 Euros. Drink it very slowly. Great taste, one hell of a kick.
