MadreVita — Restaurant in Altea

I ordered a pizza to tale home with me. I say i live 2min away. Good prize so think this is the place I going to buy my pizza. Until i came home and the pizza was only half baked and the the dough on the pizza was nowhere near cooked through so it was just a mess and trying to eat a collapsing pizza so it went in the trash. Maybe they have other good food but they should think about customers who take away and give them a good experience. Something they lost more customers on and gave us a half-baked pizza. And yes they can half bake a pizza for somebody that lives 20-30min away so they can put it in the oven. But then they could ask first. I dont buy a pizza to go home and make a pizza!!! I been working in marketing and this they do much wrong. But not the only one in Albir Altea that could have get more then 20-30% more income if they worked with what people wants... And its not a half baked pizza And its pretty noisy when you sitt outside right by a roundabout with cars going around all the time. But that not the restaurant fault. I normally go to a plaze 2-3 times before i write but i got so annoyed by the pizza when we are hungry and it end up in the trash after a oven doesn't work. So i will try it out one more time this month and sitt there and order something and maybe it will change my mind to the better. Am used to if a restaurant are lazy in one part its lazy in more things. Like not fresh food is the biggest worst thing you can do. Every day you need fresh. Then you get costomors because your food taste fresh and not can or frozen food that should not be frozen. Advice You can lose mord money in try to save money in food. And thats a...

Did we eat at the same restaurant as everyone else? Took my mum and son here before our boat trip. The pizzas were nice, but this was quite simply the WORST service we have ever experienced, even in Spain! lol The rudest staff ever who left us unattended for 30 minutes after ordering drinks, before finally taking our food orders (there were only 4 other diners in the restaurant, so it was hardly busy). Waiter snatched the menus out of our hands, got the orders wrong, and then left our dirty plates in front of us for 40 minutes. Didn’t ask if we wanted another drink or dessert (we did). By that time I just scraped our own plates, left the money and walked away… I don’t think they’d have even noticed if we just walked...

It was a very nice dinner, the owner is lovely and very careful with the clients. His staff was amazing too, they looked after every single detail making the dinner even more likeable. About the food…no words can describe how GOOD was it (as you can see I only have one photo due to the fact that nobody resisted until I could more). As I am Italian, I can recognise when authentic food from our country is served and this was absolutely a piece from it. Definitely recommend.

È stata una cena molto bella, il proprietario è gentilissimo e molto attento ai clienti. Anche il suo staff è stato fantastico, hanno curato ogni singolo dettaglio rendendo la cena ancora più piacevole. Per quanto riguarda il cibo... non ci sono parole per descrivere quanto fosse buono (come potete vedere ho solo una foto perché nessuno ha potuto aspettare per farmene fare altre). Essendo italiana, so ben riconoscere quando viene servito cibo autentico del nostro paese e questo lo era assolutamente. Assolutamente consigliato.

Fue una cena muy agradable, el dueño es encantador y muy cuidadoso con los clientes. Su personal también fue increíble, cuidaron hasta el más mínimo detalle haciendo la cena aún más agradable. Sobre la comida... no hay palabras para describir lo BUENA que estaba (como podéis ver sólo tengo una foto debido a que nadie se resistió hasta que hacer pude más). Como soy italiana, puedo reconocer cuando se sirve comida auténtica de nuestro país y esta comida lo fue. Definitivamente recomendado.

C'était un très bon dîner, le propriétaire est charmant et très attentif aux clients. Son personnel était également formidable, ils se sont occupés de chaque détail, ce qui a rendu le dîner encore plus agréable. En ce qui concerne la nourriture... il n'y a pas de mots pour décrire à quel point c'était BON (comme vous pouvez le voir, je n'ai qu'une seule photo car personne n'a résisté jusqu'à ce que j'en prenne d'autres).
