The half of the bowl menu was not available (matcha, espirulina azul, maca). Due to endless long waiting time I was bored and downloaded the advertised rewards app. Then I took mistakenly 2 stamps because I was sure 2 bowls = 2 stamps. That arose a huge discussion with the stuff that I was not allowed to do this etc because both bowls were on the same bill. As a customer I felt very uncomfortable and only because of one additional reward stamp! I had to defend myself and told that it made no sense and “don’t worry I will never come again” so I would not use this stamps to gain some perks. The worst thing happened 30 min later when we left the place without telling anything except classical “thanks bye” and were walking up to the street. The stuff member came up on the street and started AGAIN the discussion. According to him people must be just grateful and are not allowed to be unfriendly to the hospitality workers, never mind how good was the service. Then he called me 3 times “rude”. Maybe it’s a new britisch concept of hospitality? But here in Spain it’s not okay that the cafeteria’s stuff gives a feedback to customers. The duty are to prepare and to serve the tasty quality dishes, for what the customer paid and not for the combo with the evaluation. Such a great place to eat healthy and fuel up on nutritious and delicious super foods! 🤩

Have been here twice on my trip and the feeling that Plant Shack is a MUST if you are in the neighbourhood - is strong:)

So many great options for both food and drinks, but my heart is with the Blue Mermaid bowl, which is with spirulina, fresh fruits and coconut flakes! 💙

Also tried the vegan banana bread which was delicious, as well as quite strong in the ginger flavour:) but really tasty!

The last time, i tried the blue smoothie as well, can't remember the name, but it was the one with spirulina as well, great choice as well.

The woman there is super nice and friendly as well. We felt very welcomed in the cafe, which was such a nice feeling compared to other cafes where you almost bother the baristas. Defintely not the case here, everyone was super helpful, nice & friendly!

The place is super cozy as well & the atmosphere is lovely!

The extreme friendliness and helpfulness of the staff makes you feel comfortable immediately. The use of fresh ingredients and thoughtful ingredient choices for the dishes result in delicious food which gives you a happy and healthy feeling. The rather small seating area could easily create lack of space at times of high demand.
