You would think that a seaside Japanese restaurant in a sea of Spanish eateries would be ordinary. But you can only eat so many paellas and tapas, so Japanese cuisine is a welcome break even if it is ordinary. So we were super pleasantly surprised when we were served some of the most beautifully plated, most delicious Japanese dishes we've experienced anywhere including our visits to Japan. The shrimp tempura was outstanding even though it wasn't the typical tempura batter. The shrimp had great texture and flavor. Excellent food! We had the sushi and also some Bao buns, seaweed salad and shrimp gyozas. It was very delicious- the fish tasted fresh, the seaweed salad was perfect (maybe the best I’ve had) and the Bao/gyozas were piping hot and flavoursome. There was a good selection of drinks and a lot of other items on the menu. We also found it very cheap considering the quality and presentation of the food.
