overall this is a bad restaurant i wouldn’t recommend, we came as a group of 6 entrees came out pretty quick and service was good at the start until we were waiting over an hour for the mains , we had asked one waiter how much longer, he said he would check but never came back and sat at another table with his girlfriend. we went on to ask another younger waiter and he said he would check , although walked passed our table multiple times, not answering our question. we asked him again later, he made an excuse saying it takes long to cook for 6 people. he proceeded to gossip and complain about us to the table beside us, owner was rolling her eyes and shaking her head at us, we werent rude just wondering why our food was taking 1 hour. their family and friends sat around restaurant pretending to give the impression that they were busy and make out they had customers. When we finally got our meals, the food was ok. the steak with gravy wasnt in gravy instead was swimming in dirty burnt oil from the pan, so it was basically a bowl of oil, with meat in the middle. the salads were nice. The ribs were nice, but the sauce on one of the other meats was not the best. 2 people had diarrhoea and stomach pains after. Overall a bad experience wouldn’t recommend. Friendly welcome on arrival and a table was found for us at the front against some hoarding for the property next door. I ordered french onion soup (this was nice) which arrived after 15 minutes. Over an hour later before our mains arrives- we weren't especially in a rush but my wife was hungry. I ordered salmon which was just ok. My wife ordered beef stroganoff- thought it strange when asked how she would like it cooking and a steak knife was given to her. What came was a steak with some sauce which wasn't a stroganoff sauce as would expect and a steak (not strips of beef) that ordered medium was completely raw in the middle. Served separately were a side salad and fries with a dusting of paprika (or something similar- not sure why-certainly didn't enhance them). After finishing what we wanted to eat the plates weren't cleared and no question how was your food, would you like a dessert, another drink etc. More attention seemed to be given to the customers at high tables that weren't eating-maybe friends or regular visitors but attention to the likes of us is valuable and important trade to keep a...

We came without reservation but got a table. On the menu it says kitchen closes at 21:30 only we came at that time and lots of people were still ordering food. The kitchen is super slow it took 30 minutes for 2 soups to arrive and after that we needed to wait more then one hour for our main course. When asked the excuse was the tables with reservations go first. That is the most terrible excuse I have ever heard. Looking around other tables got food also very late, clearly kitchen is not working well or too less helping in kitchen. The french onion soup was very good. The chicken sate was good quality but high price. The salmón was good quality but super small and high price. Drinks are on the high side priced too.Prices here are the same as lacapella or oustau but very far from that level.
