Jimmy's — Restaurant in Antigua

Our family recently had the pleasure of enjoying a delightful Tex-Mex dinner at Jimmys restaurant, at Castillo Caleta De Fuste Fuerventura and I must say, it was an absolute fiesta for my taste buds! From the moment I walked in, the vibrant atmosphere and friendly staff set the stage for an incredible dining experience. To start, I couldn't resist ordering their fresh salsa and warm tortilla chips. The salsa had the perfect balance of tangy tomatoes, onions, with just the right amount of heat to awaken my palate. It was a deliciously addictive combination that had me reaching for chip after chip! For the main course, I opted for their Enchiladas and that was a fantastic choice! The service throughout the evening was impeccable. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and eager to ensure that every aspect of my dining experience was exceptional. They were more than happy to provide recommendations and answer any questions I had about the menu, making me feel like a valued guest throughout the evening.

We were looking for somewhere to eat that could cater for my wife's dairy intolerance and Jimmy's ticked all the right boxes. The staff told us that the majority of their menu could be adjusted to fit around her. She ended up choosing the fish and chips which is her usual choice wherever we eat. The fish was very tasty but don't expect UK style thick crispy batter. But that can be said of almost anywhere away from home.

I chose Jimmy's paella which had chicken, beef and prawn. This was delicious and a very good size portion.

Jimmys has the BEST atmosphere, food and service compared to all the other eateries in this area. The customer service from the main waiter (I never caught his name) cannot be faulted, he is so warm and welcoming and most importantly, funny!

The food is well priced and tastes good much like their cocktails too, the strawberry daiquiri is gorgeous!

Whilst other restaurants try and pull you in, the lads here let you take your time to decide without rushing you which is lovely.
