La Buena Paella — Restaurant in Arona

This place truly surprised us. First, I have to mention the incredibly kind, attentive, and fast service.

We ordered paella, which was brought to us in a traditional large pan and served directly at the table. Nowhere else have we received such a generous amount of seafood—absolutely delicious! As a nice touch, we were given a small shot of traditional caramel vodka when paying the bill.

A huge plus is definitely the prices, which are very budget-friendly, yet the quality remains high.

This place really won us over, and I hope it gets more attention.

Nice welcome, poor starter, very average main and didn’t get offered a dessert or another drink even though the waiter walked past us at least 4 times without asking.I had mixed fish grill and wife had fish and chips sadly all fish on my plate was overdone and wife’s batter overdone to a burnt crisp. This use to be one of our favourite restaurants for over 15 years but has no changed management. Waiter was pleasant for first part of our meal then we had no other interaction with him until wife got fed up and asked for the bill….such a shame certainly won’t be...

Starting with the extremely friendly welcome and the presentation of the menu. The immediate question of what you would like to drink makes the stay extra pleasant. The menu offers a lot of choice. Delicious as a starter with bruschetta tomato and cheese; main course steak with pepper sauce excellently cooked. Dessert from our own kitchen creme Catalan and a tiramisu as a finish, the red wine fits perfectly. The dishes are pleasantly priced and the service is very attentive, friendly and has an excellent sense of humor. Nice reason...
